The installer, Kyle was top notch on explaining everything and the quality of material, fit and finish were top notch. Incredibly happy with the bathroom.

None of the work has been done yet it is scheduled for June 24. So far they have been prompt and professional but I canà ¢à  à  t comment on the work since it hasnà ¢à  à  t been done yet

Showed up on time and were flexible about work to get the job done.

Sam our salesman was very professional and knowledge able about his product. He assisted is in picking out a beautiful walk in shower. Can't wait to have it done.

Sam, our salesman, was great! He took the time to be sure that we understood exactly what they offered and was able to answer all of our questions. Our job will be done in March and will only take two days!!! Cannot wait review their work.

The salesperson, Mike is quite courteous and helpful. He brought a moisture scanner that can scan behind the wall to see how damp it could be. It opens your eyes that some areas could be so damp. His sales pitch was quite successful. We were sold on the no-string-attached life time warranty. The warranty can be transferred to next owner. This warranty shows that the company is confident about its products and installation quality. Mike has quite a bit authority and helped us greatly in decision-making process. The installation was promised to start within 3 weeks. It started ahead of schedule, which was to our satisfaction. Dean and his crew (Jim and Leon) have done a great job to remodel our 25-yr old shower. The old tiled wall and base were torn out. Subfloor was replaced. New faucet was installed. All things were wrapped up within 8 hours. Floor and stairs were cleaned up as well. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the job and the professionalism of the crew . The material is a proprietary acrylic type of composite. Sentrel is the name. It has multiple layers of coatings, which makes it water resistant, mold resistant and low maintenance. The only downside is that it is kinda soft and can be easily dented. It's been over a month since the new shower was installed. So far so good. We've quoted from 4 shower remodeling companies. We are glad that we chose Five Star Bath Solutions of Macomb.

The young man who did the work was extremely polite and clean. He put down tarps and cleaned up after himself. So far very happy with the glazing

The five star rating I have given this company in not a just something we took lightly. Nether of us knew anyone from this company before. Having been in business for several years myself I could not have been more pleased with all the work and communication we had with the owner and workmen as the work progressed. So the five stars were well deserved in all areas. Our contact person (Dean and sales person) made sure that before, during and after we were getting not only what we were paying for, but making sure we were pleased. We are happy with what was done for us. Give them a call, You will not be sorry.

We are very satisfied with installation of shower surround, bathtub, and toilet. Work was professionally done in a timely manner, and area was cleaned up after the project was completed. Staff was professional and focused on finishing details correctly. Even kept us informed as work progressed. I definitely recommend Bathtub Network since the project looks wonderful after completion.

This was all done by phone. I rent this home out and live in Northern Michigan. I was very satisfied with the process I have never actually seen the work or physically talked to the managers and installer. My Renter would have called and told me of any problems which he did a couple of times and all issues were resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Ted S.
