We shopped at the store on Hall Rd. Macomb township. It is a big decision picking out carpeting. Ryan and Randy were very patient and informative. Ryan ended up taking care of the charges and scheduling. He did awesome job, and even called us later about an incentive so we save some money. The installer that is contracteded by Home Depot ,Dave Schimdt wa very professional and did a great job. It took a long time to do the stairs especially around all the spindles, it came out perfect. We had a great experience, at least with this particular Home Depot. Ryan the sales clerk really took care of all the details.

They did a good job installing a carpet. The overall and color are just right. The staff is prompt and did their job.

The installers arrived when thye said that they would. Their work and professionalism were top notch. I would def recommend.

Contradictions between the estimator and the installor lead to questions which were not satisfactorily answered. I was not satisfied that the work would be done well so canceled the order.

I like the work they did for me. We did have to change the schedule once but that was agreed upon with me and the company. The installation was done very neat and clean and they gave me a good offer when it came to pricing.

Both installers arrived the days they were expected and pretty much on time. The water heater installer was very efficient, very clean, very informative about what he was doing, etc. The storm door installer was good. There were some minor scratches on the door, which might have been there before installation began; not sure. I was given a credit amount for this. The wrong color caulk was used; the installer returned to recaulk with the proper color. Overall, I was satisfied with both experiences. Water heater ended up costing a bit more; however, storm door ended up a bit less due to the credit for the small blemishes.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

THE INSTALLERS DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE CARPET. HOME DEPOT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN CHOOSING THE CARPET AND THEY HAVE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. WE HAD SOME LITTLE PROBLEMS CONCERNING THE INSTALLING. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO USE ANY OF HOME DEPOTS PRODUCTS.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM LONG TO DO THE JOB. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING STYLES AND SIZES FOR EACH ROOM. THEY ARE VERY HIGH QUALITY WINDOWS AND I FEEL LIKE WE GOT A GOOD DEAL. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. IF WE EVER HAVE A PROBLEM THEY CAN FIND A SOLUTION.
