 + -1 moreBUYER BEWARE! Unprofessional, uppity customer service in both the Farmington Hills and Sterling Heights show rooms. Troy showroom staff, however, are very nice and professional. Also, the credit manager, Kathy Jackson, is the most unprofessional, dishonest person with whom I've ever worked on a job; she seems more eager to turn away customers than get new business. Simply a nasty and extremely unpleasant experience. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
Description of Work: Tile for entire house: master bathroom, kitchen, and the rest of the tiled rooms in the house.
