Slasor did a great job. It was a big job and they finished up early. Everyone was polite, cleaned up afterwards and Craig Jones, who gave me my original estimate also helped do the work and spent a lot of time afterwards to go over everything. I am very happy.

Great! Cleaned humidifier of buildup and took time to explain the things I should do to keep the furnace clean and running efficiently since I am mechanically challenged. Have used this company for years and they have always been excellent in knowledge and timely in service. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the staff. Explained all questions I had. Installers very professional and completed the hot water heater in a timely manner. I was surprised that there was no owners manual or paper work for the water heater. Installed reset all the information was on the front of the water.

I recommend them to anyone. Matter of fact, I recommend them to my children. They cleaned everything up and I've had no issues with the unit at all.

I always go to them. They are class A, they know exactly what to do and they done very very well for me. All the way around, I cant say enough about them. There were a lot of rebates, they tracked down the best rebates in the state. It was just a great day, they did all the work for me and provided me with the forms. It ended up cutting the price in half for the system after the rebates. I couldn't pass up that deal. They did an excellent job. They came and inspected it and they said it was a great system. I wouldn't go to anyone else but them, their right on the money.

I'm a happy customer, and the township inspector was pleased with the quality of the work. The crew was friendly and professional, and I appreciate that Slasor took the second day (half day, really) to fine tune the system and make sure things were running properly. I also appreciate the rebates being filled out for me. My only recommendation is to make each one a line item to show which ones are already accounted for in the price (those would go to Slasor directly) versus the ones that come to the homeowner later. I would recommend Slasor to any of my neighbors.

It went well. I was renting the home out at the time but the tenants were happy. They also told me about a rebate I could get from the utility company. They are courteous and tidy and reliable.

Called Slasor first thing Monday morning, after the air conditioner died over the weekend.  (They actually were answering the phone a few minutes before they opened.)  They said they would have a technician out that day for sure while other places said I would have to wait 3-5 days.  (Did I mention it was 90 degrees outside?)  Grace from the office called at about 9AM and said a technician was on his way.  John (the technician) arrived shortly thereafter.  He was extremely polite, introduced himself, knew my name and shook my hand.  He asked questions to clarify the situation and then asked that I show him the location of the unit and the thermostat, furnace, etc.  Within 30 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and discussed my options.  After departing to pick up the necessary part, John called and provided an estimate to complete the repair and reported that the necessary part was in stock.  Within another 30 minutes, he was back on the job and had the air conditioning up and running before noon.  Overall, this was likely the best HVAC experience I have had and will absolutely use this company again.

They showed up on time and explained what they were going to do and gave an approximate time that the job would be completed.  They were very professional, answered all our questions, and cleaned up the job site.  They supplied an itemized quote of all equipment we were purchasing and all of the services they were going to provide.  Craig and Kory are an excellent team!

Repair took two days as parts had to be ordered. Was told I would receive a call to schedule the second visit in the morning. I ended up calling them around 11 am. They were, however, prompt to get someone out to finish the project. Furnace is running great.

Our furnace just stopped working the Saturday before Thanksgiving. We were able to get a service tech (not from Slasor) to come out and take a look at it that day. He condemned it on the spot, apologized, and left us without heat. So, a quick trip to Lowe's for a kerosene heater, then I started looking at HVAC service providers on Angie's List. Had service techs from three places come out to give me quotes on Monday, including the place that had condemned the furnace. None of the three even examined the furnace to see if the initial diagnosis was accurate. I wasn't really thrilled with any of the quotes, but I did like the Trane two stage, variable speed furnace that one of the servicemen had pitched to me. So, I checked for other Trane dealers in the area and found Slasor. I called and Craig came right out when he heard we had no heat. He examined the furnace, found the problem, and got it running so he could further inspect it. After letting the furnace run for a while, and THOROUGHLY explaining what he believed caused the failure and what needed to be done, he provided me with a quote on the Trane furnace that was almost $1000 less than the other quote (coincidentally from the place that originally condemned the furnace). Also, Craig said that if we bought a couple of CO detectors and didn't run the furnace at night, he felt it would be safe to run until his crew could come out and install the new furnace. But we should keep a close eye on the CO detectors and call him if it got any higher. So, at least we had heat over Thanksgiving! The next week, Slasor's two man crew came out on time and got right to work. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up. We upgraded to the WiFi thermostat during the installation and Slasor didn't miss a beat. After installation was completed, they gave me a tour of the new furnace, showing me how to do all the necessary maintenance to keep it running smoothly. All in all, it took about 5 hours or so and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I HIGHLY recommend Slasor for their honesty, professionalism, and customer service.
