Our experience with Marygrove Awnings was excellent. Sales rep Shannon S. was on-time, professional, and knowledgeable about the product, company, and installation process. Installation took only about an hour. Installers Luke and Tyler were polite, task-oriented, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the entire process, the look our new awning (both extended and retracted), and used it the first day!

Marygrove offers the same products and options as other, bigger companies and at a comparable price. What swayed me to Marygrove is, 1) Alex Dedman. Any company that keeps such accomplished and knowledgeable folks on staff gets my business. He was great! 2) I will always be dealing with Marygrove, not some "affiliate." 3) My package has greater flexibility and some extras not included with others. 4) Quick turnaround; in and out and done. SO glad I waited and chose Marygrove!

There were things that I did not learn until the day of the installation. While the installers were skilled, they did not evaluate my property to let me know the pros and cons. Instead inexperienced staff were responsible for the evaluation. The awning extension arms hang low. Anyone over 6'2" will bump their heads. In addition, I have to remove the capping off of my back light. If the installers had been the ones to evaluate my property, they would have been able to advise me of the shortcomings of my home. While the awning is beautiful, only skilled persons should be responsible for evaluation of each individual property.

Everything was top notch from my very first contact with Marygrove. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Tony L., our Salesman, was knowledgeable, very detailed and maybe more importantly, a nice guy. Both installers were courteous, professional and did a great job. The result is AMAZING as the Awning looks fantastic. Two suggestions I have would be: 1-Having a longer power cord option. The cord was 10' short from the outlet and needed an extension cord. Also, the cord is white. Possibly have another cord color choice option or two. 2-Incorporate the Front Screen to a Power Open/Close feature instead of it being a Manual Open/Close process. By no means do my two suggestions reduce our level of satisfaction with the awning or Marygrove. Two thumbs up.

Our Salesman Alex was professional, knowledgeable and understood the product would sell itself. No hard sell and provided great explanations to our questions. Customer service was very helpful from the original phone call through the final payment. Our installers Jessie and Greg were on time and explained the product very well during the installation. Very knowledgable about the product and did a great job. Made sure everything was in working condition before they left .

My awning was installed this week thee installers Mr Pierre and Mr Samir were thee absolute best very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick. They took the time to explain every detail I needed to know. Thank you sales rep Mr Christopher Bowers for helping me to choose the very best colors for our home you also were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a little comical, which made our entire meeting very comfortable. The awning itself is beautiful and looks wonderful over my patio in the front of my house thanks for the great job!!!!

We ordered a retractable awning in early May 2023, it was installed June 1, 2023. We wish we would have done this sooner. Our courtyard porch gets direct sun mid-day making it way too hot to sit outside; this awning solved that issue. The saleswoman was not pushy at all, she knew what she was doing, the installers did a great job and of course the manufacturing facility people in Michigan created a beautiful awning that comes with a great warranty on fabric, parts, mechanicals. Thank you, Marygrove. We are so happy we chose your firm for our awning.

I love my new awning. It was put up in a timely manner. EVERYONE, from the salesman, the electrician, the young lady that set up the appointments to the installers, EVERYONE went above and beyond to be helpful. I couldn't believe how smoothly the installation process was.

My new awning was installed yesterday and I love it! I got 4 estimates and decided to go with Marygrove, although it was not a local company, because they included many extras for the same (or slightly lower!) price: lights (these are great--they work even when the awning is retracted and I can finally see what I'm grilling at night), metal casing for awning fabric, 10 year warranty, wind sensor, ability to tilt awning, etc. An added bonus was working with Justin and Ray (such nice and competent guys!) when they came to measure and later to install, and the customer service over the phone -- excellent!

From stepping in the showroom to day of installation everything was A +. Great experience all the way. Very happy with the awning and would recommend Marygrove to anyone seeking a 1st class product.
