Both removal of the old retractable awning and install of the new one was timely and professional. Would recommend this company. Quality and features of our new awning are terrific!

First of all, this company knows how to communicate. They have it down to a fine art and could run a company of just teaching other companies how to do it. From the first few minutes after we met Jason at the Raleigh Home Show we were sold on Marygrove. They had the best demo and he took his time with us and no hard sell. No over the top promises. And believe it or not, it all came about EXACTLY as he promised. He came for the home visit, told us what we needed and covered all of our concerns. We scheduled an installation that day, for two weeks, made a tiny deposit and it all happened just as promised. The installers were AMAZING. Put it up with a smile on their face and were on time and cleaned up completely. No leaving all the cardboard, wrappings, etc. And there were a lot. Workers don't do that very often. There was a very inclusive demonstration on all aspects of the workings of the awning. They are longtime EMPLOYEES of the company and have pride in their work and product. Well done Marygrove. Thanks for coming south. Don't know how we lived with that west facing deck before we got the awning. It is a life changer.

Fantastic install job by Adam and Gabe. Arrived on time and installation was done quick! Adam did a great job keeping us in formed and showing us how everything operates, and Gabe made quick work of the install itself. Highly recommend those two!

Marygrove awnings was great, start to finish! Dan, the salesman, was knowledgable while explaining the product and the process, we placed the order and had an install date before he left. The installers were awesome! They arrived early, the install went smoothly, they showed us how it works and cleaned up after themselves (that doesn't happen often). We highly recommend Marygrove!!!

No pressure sales rep and company in constant contact regarding purchase and installation. Install crew gave 2 hour window for install arrived on time and very professional. Marygrove also offer 0% over 12 months thru another vendor which was an added bonus. We love the new retractable awning and will keep our deck shady and lighted when needed.

Our whole experience was painless. The salesman Tony arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable in every way. He took us through every step which allowed us to make the best decision in picking out our awning. If I was not sure which choice I should make, he was able to explain it so that the choice was obvious to us. The installers arrived on time and were very professional as well. They explained all the operating instructions thoroughly. We picked Marygrove because the awning we replaced was also a Marygrove and it lasted many many years. Installer George and his team (Levi and Ray) did an excellent job. They arrived on time at the end of a brutally hot and humid day and installed my awning without issue. George and his team were very courteous and professional. George answered all my questions and thoroughly explained how to operate and care for my new awning. I highly recommend Marygrove Awnings!
