I am the Trustee Chairperson for First United Methodist Church of Mt Clemens, MI We bought a total of three awnings. Two large canopy with graphics and one small for a standard door. The process was professional, beginning to end. From Dale, our salesperson, to Randi and Rachel in office to the gentlemen who did final measure. Also, our two installers, who along with the final measurement gentlemen, the names escape me. We could not be more pleased. Appearance, material, installation. Members of the church and staff who have seen them are very happy. I'd recommend to anyone to let Marygrove quote any similar job.

We have had one of their retractable awnings for about 18 years and it is fantastic. We use it constantly. Tony Lockard, our salesman from 18 years ago....was the guy who showed up again for this job ! We just needed to replace the flap that hangs down and we LOVE the new look he gave us for the awning. The one before was the same as the main awning. We changed it up this time....and it looks great. We did feel it was a bit pricey for what we needed.....but....it really does look good. I've been wanting a retractable awning for a long time. I finally called for an estimate and they came out immediately. Jeff was the salesman, he was informative, friendly and did not pressure me at all. I ordered the awning and waited for an install date. Communication was great, emails about all the necessary details of what to expect along with the warranty info were provided ahead of time. Installation occurred as planned, they called in the morning with a 4 hour window, they were here on time and it only took 1 hour to complete. They go over all details on how to operate your awning and maintenance. I highly recommend Marygrove!

Very professional installers, in and out in less than an hour. Very helpful in the instructions on how to operate everything. Our neighbors have an aluminum awning and wish they had one like ours. Should have gotten MARYGROVE years ago instead of patio umbrellas. Thank you very much!!

Very professional installation. I am very happy with the looks and operation of our awning. They only issue we had was that after measuring, they brought the wrong length awning. They took it back and got the right one, but it caused a one week delay. The quality of the awning is very good. The Marygrove awnings roll up into an aluminum tube so even when it is retracted it looks nice on the house. It has really turned a sun-baked deck into an enjoyable living space. It's easy to operate via the remote control and allows for manual operation plus I can tilt one side or the other down slightly to allow rain runoff. It also has LED lights imbedded in the arms. The paint on the aluminum components is high quality and looks like it will last many years. We are very happy with this awning and I would recommend Marygrove.

They replaced an awning damaged beyond repair by the wind, which had been installed by another company, who no longer sells or services awnings. The representative was very informative, gave estimate and called when needed. The installation crew arrived on time and the job was completed very quickly.( in about an hour) and they were done and gone. I am very happy with the results. I couldn't believe how quickly the job was completed.

Bought June 2020 and love it!! LED lights have 2 settings, you can see very well while playing cards plus an even brighter level. Wish it had a lower intimate setting, would help so there were not so many bugs attracted to the light. Company doesn't sell side screens anymore. This was a bummer. Wanted to help keep mosquitoes out but using a fan instead.
