This company was amazing from the Sales Rep, Ryan C, to the installer, Josh/team, it was a very pleasant experience, and we are loving our new retractable awning. The price was considerably lower than other competitors' prices, and they offered more features. I highly recommend this company for installing a retractable awning. They even took time to walk through how it all works and some great tips and tricks with best ways of handling certain things.

Very happy with response from all areas of the company. We worked with Peter on June 5 to get an estimate, ordered June 6, got an installation date June 7, awning was installed June 18! Just 13 days start to finish! That was amazing to us. The awning is beautiful to look at and so far operates perfectly. We are blessed/cursed with sunshine on our deck from sunrise to nearly sunset. It is such a blessing to have shade now whenever we want it. Itâ  s still hot on these 90 degree days but itâ  s comfortable under the awning . It also keeps the inside from heating up so much. Win win for us!

I am very happy with my Marygrove awning. From my initial contact with the sales representative, Matt, to the installation team who worked on the hottest day of the year, the Marygrove staff were courteous and respectful of my home and new deck. Oh, and the awning is Awesome!:-)

We are absolutely impressed, with both the product and the technicians who installed it. They were technical experts who moved and worked together like a well-oiled machine, delivering excellent results. In the process, whenever I had a question, they would stop and answer it thoroughly right there on the spot. Even though detailed, their answers were clear and given in laymanâ s terms and thereby easily understood. And the end result of their work is spectacular! If you have any need for an awning, you would do well to hire this company.

From initial sales appointment where product was fully described in full with available options, follow up by customer support and the installation itself, totally pleased. First time in a long while I felt appreciated as customer!

Professional experience.

The men who install our awning were so nice and did a great job installing it. I asked questions and he took his time and explained and answered my question. I love this awning .I would definitely recommend Marygrove. Awning. It cools the back of the house and blocks the sun coming in on the kitchen table at dinner time. The lights are so nice to use at night.

The installers had to remove an old 30 year old retractable awning totally. He mounted the new awning which had different mounting brackets. He removed the old brackets sealed the holes in the shingles and even mounted the new brackets in two of the old mounting holes. He showed me how to use the awning and showed me the features. They did a great job!

Easy process from start to finish! Everyone was professional and happy to explain every detail. I highly recommend Marygrove!

Have only had it 3 weeks but so far very happy with the company and the salesperson Shannon and customer service people. Very attentive and helpful
