We were replacing our 16 yr old awning. The 2 men that came were polite and professional. They showed up early and did a great job of removing the old one and putting up the new one and showing how the remote worked.

Because i am tall installers asked me to try under the eves if did not work out properly they would come out and install it on the roof. But advised the awning would last better under eve. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the initial customer service visit to the complete installation, everything was perfection. Shout-out to Alex, out customer service rep, for completely going over every detail about the project. The two gentlemen who installed the awning were professional and very efficient. From beginning to end, installation took about one hour and 45 minutes. Could not have asked for a better company or team. Thank You so much Marygrove awnings.

Bruce Le Grand was very helpful at the Home and Garden show and he followed up the same week. We purchased that same day of his home visit and have been looking forward to the awning. It was installed this past weekend and the installers were very helpful and knowledgeable. We love it!

I want to give an entirely fair and objective review. I got my awning in September 2022. The order process went great. The Salesperson was very professional and made the process pretty easy. He even talked me into a better selection than I was going to make and he was right. I was very excited to get my new awning and still really like it. I just want to make one thing clear that I did not realize that was critical to me (not necessarily a deal breaker but important). While no one ever told me that my new awning would be water proof, I thought it would be. I thought it could use it in light rain at least. WRONG. When I inquired about why it was useless in the rain I received the email below. I am actually still happy with the company and product but assumed it was good in sun and rain. The attached photos are in light rain (over hours) and low winds, and no water was pooling because it was tilted to avoid pooling. Even the two servicemen that came out to inspect were baffled and thought the warranty would be applied here until they went back to the supervisor.
