Bob checked everything first--the fuse box, the condenser, the vents. The air handler is located in the rafters, about 15 feet from the ladder which provides entry to the attic.  The outside temperature today was near 90 and in the attic it was much higher.  Bob had to crawl up there, remove the broken motor, find a replacement (he didn't have one in his truck because it's an older model).  He went immediately to get the new one and returned to replace it.  He was professional, prompt and courteous.  We couldn't be happier because we feared we would have to replace the entire system.  Majestic has provided maintenance on our furnace which is a boiler for years and that service is also exemplary.

Majestic Heating & Cooling were extremely good. They came out right away and got it fixed. The generator was out of the warranty thing of free labor and they did it anyway, it was like a month out. The company that was supposed to take care of that was going to charge me and I called them back and said, no, no, no, that's only 30 days or 60 days past that labor. He said, I'll send somebody out to take care of it, he sent somebody out and they took care of it. I have no problem at all with them and I have no problem recommending them to anybody either. Out of seven people that came and gave me price, he was the best priced by far, most honest and everything worked out good. I give him the highest rating I could. I'd use them without a doubt.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.  NO COMPLAINTS.

They disposed of everything that they took out. Overall, I would probably give it a "B". They did use sub-contractors: someone did the removal, someone did the asbestos abatement, then someone, totally different, did the drop-off of the new furnace, then two other guys came in and did the installation, and then we had a cracked radiator so two different guys ended up finishing the job. So, it was a little bit of a juggle. It was a little more of a hassle then I thought would be on my end. I would maybe use them again. The price is why we went with them. We got what we paid for.

I still think there's an issue, but they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I paid them money to tell me that nothing was wrong; I still have the same issue that I've had before. I've always been able to leave my air conditioning on without any problems, but now it stops cooling after a certain period of time. That's why I called them in the first place.

The experience was excellent. I would recommend them. They provided a high quality furnace at a very reasonable price. They were quick, efficient and very pleasant. I will definitely use them again.

When I initially called the company, I spoke with the owner, he told me because it was so hot that there was a lot of people that needed to be seen and they were in front of me on a list, however, when the gentleman did show up he diagnosed the problem within about 1-2 minutes, he did not have the part to complete the job that day, but he returned the next day early in the morning and completed the work, I was very satisfied and he was very nice.

They came right out when they said they would. The owner came out himself to make the contract. It took several days for them to install it. There have been a couple minor problems, but the owner has come out a few times and has been very nice.

I had no heat. When I phoned Majestic, they stated that they would be out within an hour and they were here in about 30 minutes. The work was completed in less than 1 hour. After installation, the motor was loud and I was told that it may need to be replaced. I was shown how to replace the filter.

We scheduled appointment for next day. I got call next morning saying he would be early for the appointment. The technician showed up and about an hour later and the furnace was back in business. The serviceman was very prompt, courteous and knew his business.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RESPECTFUL, INFORMATIVE, NEAT IN THEIR WORK, AND THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESS WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED. THEY ARE ALSO RESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMERS.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY HAD IT SET UP WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. WE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH IT BUT, THEY CAME OUT TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY.

THEY WERE GREAT. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THIS COMPANY WAS THE FIRST AVAILABLE COMPANY WHEN I NEEDED SOMEBODY. THEY CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY, AND DONE WELL.

I FEEL THAT THIS IS ONE FINE COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A SERVICE CARE SO MUCH ABOUT MY NEEDS. THEY GAVE A GOOD EXPLANATION ON EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID. THE PRICES WERE FAR MORE THAN FAIR.
