The Edison line from the pole to my roof was "anchored" to bolts in the roof. I had a roof leak "somewhere" where the power line goes through the overhang in the roof (or the bolts). I was getting a new roof, so this was the perfect time to change this setup and anchor the power line to the pipe, not the bolts in the roof - the fewer "holes" in the roof, the better. Keith did that, and also gave me a new, taller pipe so the wire would be well above the snow line. He replaced the wire from the top of the pipe to the meter. Because the new roof was delayed, he cut the bolts off and tared / sealed it so it wouldn't leak if it rained, but first he put duct tape on the new roof plate so it would look new and not covered in tar after the roofers reset it. I was very happy with the job.

Keith Falzon's price was very competitive and he presented himself very professionally and followed up promptly. While I chose another contractor for this job after determining that my situation required special expertise that a commercial electrical contractor was better prepared to provide, I would not hesitate to hire Keith Falzon for future residential electrical work.

THEY DID THE JOB VERY QUICKLY AND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY WERE THE LOWEST ESTIMATE THAT I GOT. ALL THE WORKERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL WHILE THEY WERE IN MY HOME.
