+ -1 moreThey were not able to fix my double oven after several trips and charges for ($80, $160.70 and finally $458.93 for a total of $699.93). After they informed me that they were not able to fix it, we contacted a different company who fixed it in two days for a grand total of $720. They have offered me a $304 refund, and nothing more. I do not believe they tried to fleece me, I just don't believe that they have the expertise.

+ -1 morei called this service provider to come out and fix the thermostat on my dryer. when they left the problem started again and ive called multiple times to inform them of this however i get a voicemail even when i call during business hours. i do not recommend this company.
