Rob, of Austin's Home Improvement did a 100% overhaul on our master bathroom. The quality of workmanship is superb. The costs quoted (primarily labor and some material) were quite practical and obviously not weighed down with company overhead and high material mark ups. We directly purchased most of the material (tub, fixtures, cabinet, etc) and he was happy to work with that. From day one a detailed quotation that caught our attention. In process change costs were also completely practical ... reasonable hourly rates and efficient use of time. More important, Rob listened to every detail and concern we wanted out of the project. He made them come true, or he clearly took us through why what we were asking for wasn't going to turn out the way we were thinking. A pleasure to collaborate with to get the high end results we were looking for. Rob was referred to us by a friend and we are glad we worked in to his busy schedule! Austin called a couple of days later and said he couldn't do the work; too busy.

I really liked him and he gave me a lot of advice but he said it was a bigger project than he could take on. He was very polite and willing to share information on his own time.

Prompt, professional, quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call Rob for other construction or remodeling projects and recommend him to friends and relatives.

The work was professional neat and well finished. He was done on time. His costs were clear and we knew what was going on all the time. This is the second job he has done for me.
