You get what you pay for! I've not had great luck with people in this industry, but I can honestly say that I'm very happy with my overall experience with APS. Patrick was amazing!!! He did a spectacular job and was a pleasure to work with, as were Rick, Regina, and Wayne. They were timely and truthful with their communication, and worked hard to make it a smooth partial renovation. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks again!

You will be in the hands of pros. Erin and Logan were in our home for 20 days and had their heads down on the job with no mess, noise, or disruption. Absolute gentlemen. APS also provided a wonderful design consultant, Regina, who seconded as a process navigator for our bathroom re-build. She knew what I wanted and steered me to choices that I am very happy with. They want to please the customer at every step. So, yes. Hire them!

We're VERY happy with APS, and we highly recommend them. Our second floor bathroom shower was leaking into our kitchen, which required a complete tear out and rebuild of the tile shower. APS was quick to come out and determine the point of origin. Roy knew exactly how to work with our insurance provider, and I feel we likely got a better claim adjuster's estimate than we would have if he were not there to facilitate. He and Rick are both a lot of fun. Rick was very accommodating throughout the entire process. Their designer Regina was great about helping us into a selection of materials which turned out even better than we had originally envisioned. Ryan kept everything incredibly clean during tear out. Dan did a phenomenal job on the tile installation, and always went the extra mile to make sure everyone's work was as quality as could be. All the guys that came out to perform their individual discipline were very professional and polite. We definitely made the right choice by going with APS.

Nick and Travis did an excellent Job

APS did a beautiful bathroom remodel for us about 5 years ago. We had some tiles crack due to house settling. Even though the warranty expired, they replaced the tiles at no cost to us. Dan did a great job. Rick was easy to talk to. Thanks for the great work!

APS Services was amazing. The owner, Roy Nye, answered every question I had and made the entire process from start to finish easy. The quality of work is amazing and the workers are absolutely the best people we have ever worked with. They left my property clean and tidy an respected our wishes. The crew Dan, Ryan and Nick did a complete bathroom remodel, gutted old tile, and installed new vanity, fixtures, floor and shower. Nick and Travis also installed a kitchen back splash. Rick checked frequently on the projects progress and quality of the work . I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanup done each evening. All the guys were professional, courteous and on time. Trisha was also helpful in keeping the records up to date. APS was prompt on followup of some minor issue at the end of the project. I would highly recommend APS and use them again without hesitation. Love my new bathroom!

Had a hard time giving up doing the shower conversion myself (a DIY) but the job actually got done. Put it into their hands and it came out looking good.

The people who worked on my project, Dan and Ryan were wonderful as well as the coordinator, Rick. This is on top of Roy being great as well.

Rick, Nick and Andrew did a complete remodel of my bathroom. It took longer than estimated, because of delivery issues with subs. However, the guys were there when Rick said they would be, they spent the time needed to get every detail as I wanted it, and I was very happy with the result. I will use them for my other remodel project.l

I had a complete remodel of my kitchen. I am totally pleased with the total experience with this company. Roy, Rick, Clarence and Mike were very knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, and skilled. I had complete confidence with every member of the crews that worked on my project. I will use this company for my future projects and recommend them to anyone.

Full remodel on our bathroom. We had a few issues with the paint job on the walls and our new interior doors. They were very prompt in coming back and making it right. This company really made sure that we were completely happy in the end. I would recommend this company.

This service was for a bathroom remodeling. The floor was removed and replaced with porcelain tile. Excellent work!! The cabinet, sink, light fixtures, medicine cabinet removed and replaced. The drywall repair work, the plumbing and electrical was professionally completed. While this project was happening, our hot water take went out. Rich, the project manager, helped me with the water in the basement and contacted a plumber to come out that same day and replace the hot water tank. A couple weeks later after a big rain, our roof leaked. This was just before Memorial Day. I called Rick and he sent someone out to repair the roof to help us get through the holiday weekend. We hare having APS replace our roof. I cannot say enough wonderful words abut this company and the staff. Our home is almost 40 years old, so this team is a great resource!! Chris B. Canton, MI

2 part project. 1) Brought two walls down in the master bath, and moved them each about 12-18 inches, making the bathroom bigger. As a result, moved plumbing as well. Completely gutted bathroom and remodeled from floor to ceiling. 2) Had a fireplace remodeled. Covered existing brick with drywall, and put a tile surround in around fireplace. Also had some carpentry work done to finish off the update of fireplace mantle/hearth. Hit some timing snags. Sub-contractor timing was not always great, several days with no work performed. Some mistakes were made early on with plumbing that required re-work setting the project back almost a week. Bathroom was to be 3 weeks, fireplace was to be 1 week. Bathroom was about a week late, and fireplace ran a day over. Loved working with the APS crew. Rick the foreman, and his guys were easy to work with, very respectful, and delivered quality work. I can't say the same for some of their subs. Several times I came home to a house that was a complete mess. I expected the bedroom to be a disaster, and was prepared for the mess to be contained to that room. I was not prepared for the amount of dust, dirt, and debris throughout the rest of the house. This was largely in part the result of some inconsiderate subs following drywall and tile work. Rick was both understanding and apologetic and did what he could to make things right. As a result, they were replaced, and neither sub did any additional work for us, and every precaution was taken the rest of the project. Rick also had my carpet professionally cleaned to help with the dust/debris. Upon completion, there was some damage discovered to my hardwood, two deep scratches, in the middle of my living room. For now, it's concealed by our area rug. But that's only in place for my 1 year old son. Rick assured me he'd have this repaired by their floor guy when the area rug comes up, free of charge. I'm also waiting on a rack to be installed in my closet, but that's not something that needs to happen immediately. To sum things up- I really enjoyed working with Rick and his crew- unfortunately I can't say the same for all of their subs. And the work performed by all was great. Would recommend, and would use again, even with the timing and other issues.

Prompt response time! Always showed up when they said that they would be there. Prices were fair. I made several changes to the original design plan during construction and Roy was always accommodating. I was comfortable giving them keys to the house to allow work to be done while we were at work. The crew always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Earl who is the foreman always made sure we were satisfied before he would leave for the day. We appreciated the quick follow up to the few minor issues we had after the job was complete. We plan on using Roy and APS again for future projects.

Great job. Very happy with results.

Had our tub removed and had a big, walk-in shower installed. After a few problems (our ceiling was not straight over shower, two pieces of wood were rotten), they corrected both of them and tried to do it as economically possible. They were here everyday, on time, and cleaned every evening before leaving. Tile was done beautifully and we are extremely happy with it. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

This company is the greatest. Roy and Josh are the best. My wife and I went out of town for two weeks and every day one of the men contacted us with pix. We got back and most of the items were done. We had our whole bathroom refinished. They are now redoing our Lakehouse Kitchen and dining room and upper bathroom. We have told others and they are going to call them to do their work. 10 star rating!!!!
