Description of Work: I had an appointment time of between noon and 3:00. They weren't here by 3:00. I called and they said they were running a little late. At 4:30 I called again, same story. At 7:00 I called again and they assured me they were on their way. At 7:50 I called them and told them not to bother. I would not be interested in doing business with a company that operated like this!

Description of Work: Joe arrived a day and three hours late. He went into the basement and gave me a lecture about dust mites and what other services I should be paying for, in addition to the $79.99 deal. He then went through our double-family home taking off the vents. In the kitchen, he knocked my great grandmother's ironstone platter off the wall. Not only did he not come and find me, but he really didn't apologize until I called his boss to complain. After he was done taking off the vents, he told me the actual bill for all the cleaning was going to come to $1300. Excuse me? He said there were more ducts coming out of our furnace than he thought. I was stunned, to say the least. But I stood my ground. I had spoken to his boss, Ed, before the job. They knew ahead of time what the job would entail. This was a pure rip-off. So Joe called it in, and they agreed to do it for the original price of $79.99 per floor. Their "state-of-the-art" equipment was Joe going around the house with a hand vac.

Description of Work: I declined the service b/c they were two hours late and unprofessional. They gave multiple reasons for the no show.
