They arrived a bit late, but it was all wonderful after that. They showed the utmost of care in moving the furniture. There were two guys (Ron and Anthony), and Edward. For the entire day, they had a friendly, patient attitude, laughing, singing and working incredibly well as a team. They were each amazingly strong and each had 10 or more years of experience in moving. They worked fast, but absolutely nothing was damaged. When we got to the new house, I was directing where things should go. In a few instances (with rather big items), I changed my mind.... and twice this meant that they would have to move a huge item from the main floor to the upstairs or the basement. They didn't complain at all, and in fact laughed and kidded me about how many "mistakes" I was allowed to make. Just before they were going to leave, I realized that the two big dressers in the bedroom were covering up the cable jack... I asked them to come in and shift those, and again, they complied right away, even going so far as to insert pieces of cardboard under one dresser to level it. In the end, everything was exactly where I wanted it to be. The most amazing thing, however, was when an ABC appliance delivery man came to the new house to deliver a refrigerator and washer and dryer. The man was extremely rude and told me that he could not touch the water line behind the existing refrigerator. I had no clue how to deal with this, but one of the movers, Ron, just stepped right in and fixed it. Then, Antony and Ron moved the old refrigerator to the garage (which the appliance guys should have done). The appliance guy also hooked up the washer, but didn't test it; and he didn't even hook up the dryer. Then he left. When I turned on the washer, it leaked all over the place. Ron fixed it. Ron also hooked up the dryer vent. In short, these movers did their job, as well as the job of the appliance delivery guy, who was worthless. If I had it to do over, I would hire these guys in a second. They are fantastic and really care about doing a good job.

They were extremely punctual and professional. The move was done over three different days. The first day they packed up all of our belongings. The next day they moved us out of our house. They then stored our belongings on two of their trucks for two weeks. Then the third day they drove our belongings to our new house and unloaded everything. They were very punctual. They were on time for all three of their scheduled work days and for the estimate. The final cost was very close to the estimate they provided, and we got the same team of movers for all three days. Not one item was lost, stolen, or broken, and they were extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them, and I would use them again in an instant.

The crew of 3 was efficient, polite, and careful with our belongings and our house.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND EFFICIENT. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE IN PACKING AND MOVING MY BELONGINGS. AFTER UNPACKING MY THINGS WE REALIZED AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED. THEY RESPONDED WONDERFULLY TO MY CLAIM.
