+ -1 moreWorst display of unprofessionalism I have ever encountered. Workers did not show up at 3pm and I called the company and was told they were running a little behind schedule and that I would be called back when they were in route. They did not call back and after waiting an hour I called repeatedly to just be sent to voicemail. I will not do business with them, and even if they were to offer free carpet cleaning, I will not attempt scheduling a second appointment.
Description of Work: Had an appointment for today at 3pm, for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreWorst showing of unprofessionalism and horrible customer service I have ever seen. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have no respect for their customers at all. Two no call no shows in a row and never go an explanation of why I was being treated so poorly.
Description of Work: Called and made reservations for carpet cleaning and cleaning of a sofa. Company informed us we would be the first stop on Saturday morning at 9:30 am. At 10:00am company still had not shown up, called all numbers available for them and all went to voicemail. They never showed up and never called to apologize or correct anything. Finally spoke to owner who set up another apointment for Wednesday at 5pm and offered a discounted price. I left work early to be home in time for the cleaning. Called at 4 to confirm they were coming. Dispatcher informed me they were in route to my home for the appointment. At 6pm they still had not shown up and once again nobody would answer their phones. Manager and owner repeatedly blew me off and had no sympathy for their lack of professionalism. They offered to try and come out a third time, but I just couldn't bring myself to get screwed over again.
