It took them two and a half weeks to put our window in. It should only take about two days to put in windows. It took them three different guys to try and figure out how to put that window in the new cutout. His supervisor was hardly there and when he was he would loudly complain about how he wasn't getting paid and the others were slowing down the job. Meanwhile he is
always late and smells like marijuana. They did a horrible job on the windows. The calk on all the windows inside have all cracked and it looks horrible. We now are going to have to recalk every window inside and paint it ourselves. These fools used our tools, broke our saw and even took tools that belong to us. If we hadn't have let them use our tools our project would have been stalled. They had two guys in our garage reading a How to Do Siding book. They ripped our the old siding and the old insulation instead of jus putting the new insulation over the old. They should have done it that way to save time and to give our has extra insulation. Finally the supervisor shows up with one guy and we have had enough at this point and threatened to sue and to call a news crew out. The supervisor then procedes to walk off the jobsite. Tony then has to scramble to find someone to come out to try and finish our job. We had bought a new front door for over seven hundred dollars and it still isn't installed correctly and they scratched it all up. The new crew that he subcontracted was telling stories about all the other horrible work he knows that this company has done. They don't know how to measure properly. Tony measured our shutters twice and still got the wrong shutter size for our front window. The big picture window was the last to be done. They put it in and left for the weekend with barely any insulation surrounding it. We froze that weekend since it happedend to get down in the thirties. They only thing that was done right was the gutters and that is because he hired a gutter company to put it up. Tony would give us excuse after excuse and even had the balls to ask us to pay for the rest of the window job before it was even finished. Do yourself a favor and don't ever call this company for anything EVER!"First, we apologize for any inconvenience, and hope that the client received a quality job and install from there chosen contractor. We show that we made two attempts to drop off our bid. Here are the records in detail.... After reviewing our records, we scheduled our first appointment on a Thursday the12th of May and sent Tony out to measure and work up the quote. Tony's notes show that he gave a current jobsite to visit to see some of our work, and the client visited the jobsite and came back home while Tony was still there. Also, Tony's notes show that he met with two different people, but don't show any interaction with this member. This may be another person or the same person, but our records don't show anyone named this. He waited for them to return to ask a few additional questions and then left. Our customer notes indicate there was more than just a roof to bid. The client wanted a roof, siding, cedar wood repaired and painting as an alternative to siding according the our drawings. It only took 7 days to work up, and Tony's notes do indicate there was a price increase at the time and he was waiting on current numbers to give an accurate estimate, but the bid was completed and scheduled 7 days later for drop off. We scheduled another appointment on the 19th between 10am and 11am for our sales department to drop off the bid, and according to our notes, there wasn't anyone home to receive the bid. We then scheduled another appointment Tuesday May 31 to drop off the bid between 10am and 11am again. Our records indicate nobody was home or answered to receive the bid. There are notes on file that Tony called with no answer later that day. After that the only note in our file shows that Tony actually called again and the client seemed frustrated with not receiving the bid. Tony indicated that the client didn't acknowledge our attempts to drop off the bid and he also thought they were possibly confusing us with another company. Once again, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience."
