Kingsley Moving did an ecxellent job in moving my furniture. The two gentleman, Taylor and Kevin were fantastic. They arrived early. They were professional and very easy to work with. They were extremely careful in moving my items of which some were very old family pieces. I would not hesitate to recommend Kingsley Movers to anyone. They have a couple of great people in Taylor and Kevin.

It went great! I am very pleased with the service. They arrived on time and were very well prepared. They wrapped all the furniture in a plastic wrap and moving blankets. They were very careful with the items but still efficient at the same time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

He was very nice and knowledgeable, and gave me some information to get me started.

They were on time, worked quickly and were very professional. Their fees were significantly lower than the other firms we had contacted. Additionally, they had inadvertently left a part of one of our chairs on their truck and it arrived in the mail 3 days later.

Movers were on time, friendly and professional. They did a great job with the move, nothing was broken, and everything in the new home was placed where we requested it to be. They even moved a desk already at the new home for us.

Everything went very smoothly. Arrived right on time, got the job done with no problems. I needed to be real careful not to scratch unit since it was being returned for another problem. I told the movers this and they were very careful. Got a real good vibe from this outfit and if I had a big or small job I would definitely call them first. Even allowed me to use their coupon on such a small job.

I picked Kingsley to help me with my move since they were well rated on Angie's list and I wasn't disappointed. Tim and Kevin completed my move on a bitterly cold day, with too much snow to use dollies, so they personally carried everything out of the old and into the new place. They were friendly and professional, and they completed the job pretty close to the estimated time. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them.

I was originally quoted $12,000 from a local big name mover which didn't include any storage time. I chose Kingsley , even though I had never heard of them, because the owner Brian Kingsley called me personally and explained exactly how the tariffs work and how he could save me money. I was still skeptical of going with a company I'd never heard of to move my 6,000 square foot home but the game changer was when Brian Kingsley actually asked for my business and said he'd appreciate the opportunity to serve me. I've been in sales and that was what won my business. On the day of the move the crew of 4 arrived about 20 minutes early and they all introduced themselves and they were all so friendly and professional that they made a very sad day much more bearable. They worked for about 11 hours on an extremely hot muggy day. They loaded two huge trucks with all of my stuff, much of which was very valuable, including a grand piano and priceless dining room table and chandelier. My belongings were in storage for 2 1/2 months which incurred about $3,000 of charges which I would not have incurred if my house had been ready sooner. I also took out additional insurance due to the value of my furnishings which I would not have needed because everything arrived safe and sound. When I was finally able to get in my house it was the end of November and freezing cold, snowing and blowing. I knew they would do a good job but I was concerned about all of my new carpet getting soiled from the bad weather. They covered the carpets and everything was put where I directed them. All furniture was reassemble and they had the job complete in about 9 hours. There was no mess left behind. Brian called me the following day to be sure I was satisfied and as I told him the crew was great and I can not stop singing praises about this moving company that took the pain and anxiety out of my move. I do feel it is important to mention that I had 2 trucks with over 12,000 pounds of very valuable furniture and antiques that was unloaded into a climate controlled storage unit from summer until winter. Then reloaded and delivered. Had it not been for the storage and additional insurance my job would have cost less than $4,000! I saved $8,000!

The move went really well with no problems

The two movers showed up right on time. They were extremely courteous, very respectful of our possessions, did not break a single thing and were extremely hard workers. I could not believe the things they could carry! One of the workers stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me put a bed frame together that I was struggling with. We could not have been happer with their services! One of them even lives in Mason so was able to give us information about local venues for things, which was very nice.

They were great. They showed up on time. They were responsive to our needs. They moved an entire truck load of furniture in just five hours. The workers were polite and professional. We can think of nothing negative about our experience.

Randy and Kevin arrived promptly and immediately began loading items. They packed small items and all boxes into the first truck load, big furniture (tables, couches) and awkward items (mower, snow blower) in second load. The load went well and was quick, the unload went a little slower than I expected. Randy and Kevin were careful with my items and asked a lot of questions on where to put everything and took my direction well. They lifted everything by hand and did a good job getting my 2 big dressers up to the second story.

We contacted several movers but were most impressed with Mr. Kingsley's description of the process and what goes into how a price for the service is determined. Most of the other movers had some open-ended "estimate" -- emphasis on the "open." While it was clear to me that it depended on the weight of the load, it had not been made clear -- until Mr. Kingsley -- how they determine the price. So, while it was still an estimate, I could see on what factors the estimate was based. Plus, he was the only one who indicated that if they over-estimated the weight, the cost would be less. Well, the cost was less than the estimate -- by several hundred dollars -- great news for us! The movers were friendly, timely, professional, well-equipped and efficient. They moved a number of large items with no damages. They were very accommodating with positioning the furniture where we wanted it at the destination. In sum, we were VERY satisfied with this business and would use their services again.

The crew showed up 15 minutes earlier from set scheduled time, I was expecting them to be late. They loaded our entire house of 5 bedrooms in a very caring and professional manner. The work crew was very friendly and asked questions when they didn't know or were uncertain about an item. After loading two trucks they were quick to let us know we were over the original estimate of weight, which I suspected as we bought more furniture since the original weight quote. The adjusted rate was very reasonable. They drove 2 1/2 hours across the state and then unloaded the cargo, our lives, in a very quick and professional way. set up everything they had had to disassemble and no parts left over! I would use them anytime we moved!

They were great! They were professional and they were on time. The only thing they could have done better was inform me about their options for carpet protection. It rained the day of the move and I was not aware that it is not automatic to put something down to protect my just cleaned carpets. There is apparently an extra charge and they said they did not have the stuff to do it??? So if you care about your carpet then inquire in advance.

I wanted my boxes move the next day, which was obviously a demand that not every moving company could meet.

My inquiry call was returned promptly. An estimate was given within 24 hours. The movers arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. I was contacted prior to their destination arrival so that someone would be available to greet them. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if a need arises.

The crew arrived promptly at 8:15, and began working right away once they arrived. They warned us up front that it did not appear that everything was going to fit in one truck (26 foot). What can I say - we have a lot of stuff! However, they made two trips and allowed us to clear out everything from our home (enough for us to turn over the keys that night) in 10 hours. The ONLY thing that I wish is that we had a larger truck up front, but I have absolutely zero complaints about the way our belongings were handled, the demeanor and professionalism of the movers, or our interaction with Brian to set all of this up. We went back to him after being satisfied with the work Kingsley did on our move five years ago, and we found his services to be excellent once again. We would recommend Kingsley to anyone, and have suggested them to friends who are planning on moving in the next six months.

The guys arrived on time, and got everything moved quickly and efficiently. Afterward, I realized that I was also supposed to move a stationary bike. Brian returned my email and call and offered to come back to help with that, too.

The movers were scheduled to be at our house between 10 and 11 AM. They arrived with two 26 foot straight trucks just after 1 PM saying they were delayed at the scale where they got the tare weight of the trucks. After I showed them what was being moved, they asked me if I wanted to pay $25 extra for a protective covering over our carpeted stairs. I declined. The 3 movers worked steadily and carefully to load the trucks. The only issue we had was in our upstairs hall at the top of the steps, their hand trucks left black tire marks on the yellow carpet. They said I should have paid the $25 for the covering and they were not responsible for cleaning the mess! The next day they were scheduled to arrive at the new location at 9 AM. They arrived at 10:15, again complaining of a delay at the scale. They unloaded the trucks by 2 PM and put everything where we asked and moved furniture around to meet our needs. I paid the $25 for the stair covering this time and, low and behold, also out come rubber red pads to cover the part of the carpet and floor the stair covering didn?t reach. Where were the red pads the day before when we needed them at the top of the stairs? When it came time to pay while they were unloading the trucks, I was never provided a copy of the weigh slips from the scales. The total weight was 50 pounds less than the ?estimate? I was given. It might be good to ask up front for a copy of the weight slips. Overall, it was a good experience. I have been packed and moved before and this compared favorably with those moves.

No issues and Kingsley met all of my expectations.

Just about everything with Kingsley Moving Systems LLC was great. Their attitude and mentality, great personality and upbeat as they went about the job. They were just outstanding. And they did a good job of moving, on top of that.

Excellent! Todd and Randy were great to work with! They were prompt, professional, thorough, careful, conscientious, hard-working, pleasant and encouraging. Can't say enough good things about Brian's advice before the move and the move itself. Let me add PATIENT too, as they moved furniture around to make my mom happy when she changed her mind about where she wanted things placed at the final destination. Everything arrived safe and sound- nothing needed to be repaired, so I can tell you they know how to properly pack a truck too. Also, no damage was done to the home or apartment - they were VERY CAREFUL! I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.
