I was not super impressed with Hagger Fox. I'm planning on going back to Aire Serv next time we need help. I felt like I was not getting what I was paying for. They told us we needed a recharge, but I had worked with Aire Serv in the past and their, what I perceived to be equivalent annual seasonal checkup kind of a thing, included a system recharge and then I upgraded to a system seal. The amount that I paid Hagger Fox was just a checkup that told us, "Yes indeed, your A/C needs a recharge." I'm like, "Okay, thanks." Then they quoted us for a whole new system, which was not what we were in the market for. I felt like for what we paid we should have gotten more compared to other places I had worked with in the past. The technician was not particularly professional. Just as a matter of demeanor, he didn't do anything wrong, he just was not particularly knowledgeable or good on the communication.
Description of Work: It was a diagnostic check for our central air unit to the place we had just moved into.
