Description of Work: I talked to Contractors Wall Repair when they did a job at my next door neighbor in 2010. They seemed knowledgeable about foundation repair, and my neighbor gave them a good recommendation. However, when I attempted to contact them in 2011 I found out that they had gone out of business. Whether they perhaps are back in business now in 2013 I do not know.

 + 1 moreI tried to use them 3 different times and I got the run around every time! The first time, the owner talked to me on the phone and then came to my property to talk about what we would do. He said he would send out someone to give an estimate, but no one ever came. I called the office and explained my situation, and the woman actually laughed! She said they were quite busy and didn't seem to think the month I had waited was a big deal. She said I could call someone else if I didn't want to wait. I had gotten the run around from so many other companies, so I waited at least a year and called them again to get an estimate. I made an appointment with them and they stood me up! I found another company to do the job. Unfortunately, it was botched by that other company, so when I needed immediate help with my basement wall, I once more tried to call Contractors Wall Repair. I got the same woman on the phone that had laughed at me before. I explained that I was giving them another shot since I had an emergency. She said that since it was an emergency, she would call their estimator to contact me right away, and no one every did. I will never contact them again!
Description of Work: I contacted them originally to tear out and rebuild my concrete/brick porch, replace the driveway (straighten and widen it), and redo the walk. Later I had an issue and I had water coming in my basement wall and needed immediate help for that need as well.

 + -1 moreVery satisfied with work and crew. Honest, hard-working and friendly. Coordinated work and schedule with builder doing major exterior improvements.
Description of Work: Exterior excavating of garage foundation, installation of perforated drain pipe 6' below grade, backfilled with sand and gravel and replaced stone around perimeter. Demolition of concrete front porch. Pour footings for new porch and section of sidewalk at entry. Removal of limestone facing around entry. Installation of thin brick around entry. Extension of chimney with new and used brick. Minor tuck pointing repair. Exterior excavating of basement wall. Waterproofing basement wall, interior and exterior. Replace drain tiles at footing. Backfill with sand and soil. Regrade property surrounding front and side of house.
