 + -1 moreIt turned out to be a lot more expensive than I thought. They did a good job but I would not use them again.

 + -1 moreMy husband had recently passed and I needed to have some clean up from the hospice care and the cats that I have. The owner himself came out and was nasty and rude. Not only were the results unacceptable but he was outstandingly rude to be specific. It was around three weeks after my husband had passed away and the way he treated me was unreal. He actually had the nerve to ask me if I "even owned a vacuum". I couldn't believe it. There was no cat vomit or urine it was simply a matter of cat hair and general usage. He did such a bad job that I had to have another company come in after him and correct his work. The bottom line is that the results were so unacceptable that I called Modernistic and they were great.

 + -1 moreIT WAS FINE. I HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES. THIS COMPANY WAS REALLY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS. THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY HOME.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS IN THE HALL AND LIVING ROOM.
