Excellent work, friendly and professional advice, good communication. They've been around for nearly 40 years. I can't imagine ever my car to the dealership for service.

They got me in relatively quickly and kept me updated on the progress. They were professional.

I was thinking that this could be a VERY costly repair, but Arie Nol found a relatively simple electrical issue. Granted, sometimes it feels odd to pay $20 in parts and $100 in labor --but I took my truck to them when I had exhausted my at-home troubleshooting options and I needed their expertise, and they provided that...professionally, quickly, and for far less than I expected to spend.

The car had been having an intermittent problem for two weeks that no one else had figured out. Problem was diagnosed and repaired in one day.

Excellent job. Have used them for years. They on;y do what is necessary and never overcharge. I know that my car is well cared for.

I have been taking my cars to Arie Nol for years. Over the years they seem to have grown in size and price. However they are always polite and answer all of my questions. They perform quality work in a reasonable time frame and I trust their judgment. I have found that it is best to be very specific with your expectations. They will make note of them and follow through.

This was the first time I used Arie Nol, at the suggestion of a previous neighbor. I had just started to notice a clanging sound coming from my driver side rear tire. I dropped it off on a Sunday night noting the problem and also asked them to check the breaks. There were a lot of cars in the lot and I was a little concerned any repair would take a long time. I called mid-morning on Monday to check on the car and was informed that it would be looked at either end of day Monday or Tuesday morning. My wife drove me to work on Tuesday, at which time I listened to my messages stating the car was done. They told me I just had a lot of rust on one drum. They cleaned it and the noise went away. They looked at all of the breaks and told me there was no need to do anything with them. I was charged for 30 minutes of labor.

I used them two weeks ago. They did my breaks in my car. They were fantastic. I liked the way they treated me. They were very personable. They gave a fantastic service. I will continue to use their services.

I have used Arie Nol many times over the years and the consistently provide prompt honest service. Sometimes you have to wait a few days to get in as they are so busy, but it's worth it. I made an appointment and left my car there for the day. We knew it was the radiator as we could see the leak. They replaced it and everything is working fine now. Arie Nol has dealer quality service at more reasonable prices. I never feel they are trying to sell me repairs I do not need.

This was just the last work they have done for me, but it went very well. This place is not the cheapest, but they quality of the work is superb. Particularly with foreign cars, that some of the local places have a hard time with. Plus, they don't soak you for every last dime on a repair. I've had them take care of minor 5-10 minute issues many times with nothing more than a "Have a nice day" or maybe a charge for the part. In fact, they once spent 2 weeks trying to track down an electrical problem for me. (the car started on a lift, but not on the ground) When they couldn't find it, they sent me on to a dealership with a summary of what they checked and an apology. Didn't charge me a penny for all the hours of diagnostic work. They do occasionally run a little late on getting stuff done, (because they stop to help people) so you have to make it clear if you are working on a hard deadline.

THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE KIND AND COURTEOUS. THEY RESPOND WITH COMPASSION AND PATIENCE. THEY REALLY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES.
