Provider responded within 2 days. Following their visit, received a bill for $84 which was not disclosed as a visit charge before arrival of the bill. Considering it was only for a 10min visit and demonstration of menu options on electronic control panel, I would have not considered any help from Maple Hill if charges was properly presented. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was greeted by a rather mean attitude from the lady on the line and she simply presented her case as "pay or I will send this to collections to mess your day." Has neither the courtesy to drive customer satisfaction, nor ethics in methods of doing business. I would advise you to stay away.
Description of Work: Once we've moved to our new place, noticed sprinkling system was installed by Maple Hill. Given them a quick call and invited them over to show us how to use the system.
