The service man was knowledgable and helpful. He offered a quicker estimate than the other company. He planned a day to have it done and even though it rained that day they got it done very quickly. They even remembered to close all my windows as I was at work at the time. That was above and beyond in my mind.

They gave an general estimate over the phone. Asked them to come out to give written quote and for them to see work that needed to be done. They came out same day for quote and was the exact same price as they had said over the phone. Estimate was all written out down to every last detail of what they were going to do. Installed two days later and had duct work cleaned at the same time. Professionally dressed, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and removed all old equipment and took it with them. They pulled proper permits with the township. A top notch performance. Even registered my furnace and A/C so I would be sure to get the 10 year warranty instead of a 5 year warranty for me. They also printed and provided me with all the paperwork needed for my tax credit. Rivertown followed through on everything they said they were going to do and went above and beyond. They didn't have the filter upon install because we used the old air purification system that was already on furnace (because it's a great unit) and they said they had ordered it but, it hadn't come in yet but, promised to return in a few days and yes, they returned in a few days and installed the filter and even provided me with an extra filter (which the second filter was not listed in the quote). I received a total of 3 quotes. Rivertown, and two other companies (which I will not name names) and one quote was for over $10,800 plus they wanted another $800 for ductwork cleaning, another company wanted $5200 and did not offer duct cleaning. I just phoned Rivertown yesterday because I noticed my heat wasn't going down at night like it is programmed to do. They came out the very next day and replaced the thermostat free of charge. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I found them through the Valpak coupons.
