I found this business through Angie's List, where this company has high reviews, so I was surprised to see such low reviews on this site. There must have been a big change in management or something over the past eight years, because I am only impressed by this company. The sales person was a no pressure guy who was very accommodating. He listened attentively to all of my gutter needs, and impressed me with his attention to detail. I have a metal roof, so some of the problems I was experiencing were specific to my site. I also like that this company could fix my clogged drains too. Klean Gutters Midwest took care of everything I needed and surprised me with some extras that I did not think of, but they were definitely needed. The "extras" were included in their original price. Also, their product was of higher quality for the leaf guard, and their price was super reasonable. I am very happy with this company

From the moment we met our sales rep, Scott, through the entire installation process, we had top-notch, professional service. The quality of the product is second to none, and the installers were polite, knowledgeable, and had a great work ethic We had neighbors and strangers stop by during installation to get quotes for their properties. We can’t recommend this company highly enough!

My experience was fantastic, Art the salesman was nothing short of professional and doesn't come of like he's trying to weasel you into something you don't need. The transferable lifetime warrantee adds value to my home and when the time came to do the work, the crew was efficient and made sure all scrap was cleaned up. If I buy another home and it needs gutters, I'll be hiring this company again!

This is a 5 star company. Very informative and helpful and do not try to up sell the client. Work done on time exceeding expectations and Very professional. Price was very good as a bonus. Highly recommended

I gave a good rating for two reasons. One businesses have to comply with Covid requirements workers were lax. If you want to do business you have to comply. Two, financial was slow to get initiated, and Castle credit called me which was unusual, and the gist was they prefer on line payment I don't and I requested mail in billing. Product excellent

The 2 installers were polite and professional. They asked about any issues that needed to be addressed, and followed through as requested. They maintained communication s between themselves, as they proceeded with the installation. They did their job in a safe a timely manner.

The Klean Gutter team from sales to install went as smooth as we could ask for. This is a great product and they match perfect with our house.

Alex was great!! He was friendly, professional, personable, capable and helpful. While here, my mother fell off of a ladder. Alex checked to make sure she was okay and completed the project she was doing. He definitely went above and beyond!!!

The sales person led us to believe that once we had the gutter guard installed on our gutters, it is a lifetime guarantee and we would never have to climb a ladder again. We fell for that pitch, but don't have that part in writing. Our gutters were never properly cleaned before installation, so when they sealed all of our seams, the dirt didn't bond with the metal and we had leaking through the seams the first time it rained. When we called for service we were told that it is our problem since the valleys cause debris to collect blocking the gutter guard. Before anyone will come for service my husband must climb a ladder and check all of the areas near our roof valleys for debris. So much for never having to climb a ladder again. We have good sturdy gutters and now they tell us that they told us at the time that we needed new gutters, which they never did. If it rains hard, the water washes right over the top of the gutter guard. I took a picture with my phone but can't figure how to include it. It shows the rain running off the top of the gutters along the front of our house. In the winter, the ice backs up in the gutters, and the gutters are also full of ice cycles, something that they didn't make us aware would happen, and was not a problem before Klean Gutters were installed. They promised to send someone out, but that didn't happen. Don't waste your money on Klean Gutters! It creates more problems than it solves!

The linked slides are designed to show the workmanship and business practices of Klean Gutters Midwest on my house. In my opinion, they are horrendous. I contracted to purchase a home and one of the inspection points was the gutters needed to be replaced. I foolishly allowed the seller to have this performed. This is literally a million dollar house and the following pictures show the quality of work performed by Klean Gutters Midwest. They did not fulfill the contract, but the seller apparently didn’t care and allegedly signed off. Klean Gutters Midwest believes their only obligation was to the seller. That remains to be seen. I sent them the pictures and advised them that I would be posting reviews online. The lady I spoke with, named Jackie at Klean Gutters Midwest, threatened legal action. I leave it to the readers to decide if this is the sort of company they wish to do business with. Very professional,very thorough, they were honest and did what they said. It a lifetime warranty and the warranty transfer to any home owner. Strongly recommend them.

2 years ago we had all gutters and guards put on our house. The first crew did not do it correctly and a new crew had to come out to correctly put on the gutters. First Winter we had tons of icicles. Now going into the second Winter are gutters are leaking at many corners and we even have icicles forming between the gutter and the wood boards. I called and sent emails with the videos of all problems. I was told we would need a service call and they would get back to me to schedule. This was three weeks ago. Called two days ago and left a message with no return call. We paid close to $6000 for an unreliable product and unexceptional service!

Hired this company to replace ALL the gutters on my house. They didn't finish and were to return a few days later. It's been 5 weeks and not only have they not finished the job, but they won't return my call. I am also not satisfied with the quality of the work done. Left parts of old gutters on the house, left trash.

Terrible. They scheduled my appointment for August 30 between 1-3 pm. At 4:45 pm, I called to ask where they crew was and they informed me their truck broke down on the south side of Grand Rapids. He asked if they could reschedule. We rescheduled for Sept 2, again between 1-3 pm. I called the salesman at 4:45 pm and asked where his crew was again. He said he'd call me back. He called back and said that he when he scheduled that appointment he was at a customers house and he forgot to follow up with me about my appointment. So, I was never put on the schedule. I told him that any day between 1-3 pm would work just get me on the schedule and let me know. Here it is, Sept 9, and I have no appointment scheduled and I'm gutterless. Very disappointed!!!!

Gutter covers installed June 2014. When installing the gutter covers they slide the product under the shingles this forced the shingles up because they did not put the proper bend in the product to keep the shingles flat therefore the edge of the shingles are sticking up enough that you could put your fingers under them. The installer said that the shingles would lay back down when it warmed up (they haven't). Have called them several times since July to get this corrected. When I was able to tall to somebody and not their voice mail I was informed that somebody would call me back to setup a date and time to do the repair. That has not happened yet (Oct 2014). The last person I was able to talk to said the he would text the owner of the company of the problem and also said that they were busy doing installs.
