An overhang onto our deck. It went very well - Matt and his team were easy to work with and did a great job. I contacted several other contractors to do a special soffit enclosure for us; we had raccoons getting into our large soffit that was also an overhang onto our deck. It's a unique home with an unusual build, so all the other roofers and carpenters we called only wanted to do what they knew how to do, which was just to rebuild the soffit. Since we have had this done before, we weren't willing to just have it done the same way again, and we had a plan to create a vertical soffit enclosure that would still provide ventilation to the house, but also be animal and bug proof. Matt and his team were the first contractors to take a look at the plan and help figure out a way to do the installation. They did a great job and it worked - no more raccoons or squirrels in our house! In addition, they rebuilt some steps, cut out and replaced clogged ridge-vents on the roof (clogged from foam insulation), and repaired a second story deck underside that also functioned as a small flat roof. I'm quite happy with the work they did and currently have them scheduled to do some interior frame work. The team is versatile and willing to tackle our odd custom home, so I would recommend them to anyone.
