The owner of the company knew part way through the project that it would not turn out how we planned as he had made an error in measuring and designing where the railings and posts would go. Rather than tell us when he realized his error and discuss options with us at that point, he hid it until the last day and then threw together an unacceptable "solution" to make it pass inspection. When we were finally told this issue existed & we asked him what other options might be, he immediately became aggressive and bluntly stated it was done according to the drawing in the contract (which it was not), that he had the inspection scheduled, and is expecting full payment. He was not willing to correct his mistake nor adjust our price for his error that bothers us every time we are on our deck. This situation could have been handled very professionally and we could have figured something out. Instead, Mark chose to hide the problem and then was incredibly rude once we found out and wanted to discuss it. We are very unhappy with the outcome of our project and would recommend anyone considering this company to go with someone else.
