 + -1 moreThe original GMS quotation was to do this work in early November. As my original Angie's List evaluation of GMS states there were some issues at that time. Three days after my original evaluation of this company on this website I received a telephone call stating that GMS could now do the work as originally quoted. GMS lived up to the original quote and did a very professional job of lot clearing.
Description of Work: cleared a lot for construction of a home utilizing a skid-steer with a brush hog mower and manual chain saw work.

 + -1 moreThe landscaping company seeded our back lawn with grass seed. The owner told me he would periodically check on the new lawn to make sure that it was coming along well. He has never checked it. The grass looks terrible. I have called him repeatedly and politely and he has never appeared eventhough he has told me when he would come to look at it.
Description of Work: They landscaped our property.
