Description of Work: Fast-teks of West Michigan has proven on multiple occasions to be a qualified and resourceful service provider. My personal circumstances are such that I haven't had to have them follow up with a house call since we were able to troubleshoot over the phone, but I've had several business colleagues testify to their punctual and professional service. In fact, one of these said they were on site in 20 minutes and had her problems solved in less than an hour and a half. From what I understand, this particular service call consisted of an error prompt/virus based catastrophe. Not only was Fast-teks able to get her computers up and running again but they were also able to assist with a general cleanup and diagnostic, which both resulted in a faster more stable system. I trust Fast-teks with my business when it comes to IT solutions and software issues. Computers can be a welcome addition to any home or office, but only when they work properly.
