Great. They were substantially less expensive than the other 2 quotes we had. They did a great and professional job. It was done within about 2 weeks of the quote.

Nice job trimming branches, they even cut some extra branches that weren't in the original quote. I gave them a C because the trimmers let large branches drop from high elevation. I noticed this after they left, but I had huge holes in my yard that I had to repair and I almost sprained my ankle on the hole. This could've also easily damaged my sprinklers or line as the holes were deep.

Extremely well! TNT tree & stump service was outstanding. Tom was so careful of the deck, the pergola, and the clean up was excellent. I will hire them again in the spring and have already recommended the company to neighbors.

They were fast and they did a great job cleaning up. I asked for some wood for fires and they said they would but didn't. Otherwise price was great and very happy with them. Would recommend/ use them again.

They came and removed the tree and left my yard damaged with tire tracks and divots but did not grind the stump around early July 2019. They de-suckered some of the trees not all that I wanted and was quoted. When I called to complain and to get them to come and complete the work, I was told the owner would call me back. Several weeks have passed and I still have not received any communication from the company of when the work will be completed. I’m thinking I have to call someone else to complete the work. I’m very disappointed with this company and would never recommend them to do any work. Communication is very poor and the work is subpar.

Good. The individual who responded was very courteous and prompt. He appeared knowledgeable. Perhaps a bit overpriced.

It was a amazing site to behold they were quick and cleaned up beautifully very professional. I had 5 trees removed a great team did accomplished it a little more than 30 minutes 2 trucks in the driveway one grinding tree trunks blowing everything into another truck at the same time went back to the site and raked all the branches and debris and walked away leaving a clean area.Doug Wagner was great explained everything called me when trees would be removed and the team showed up right at the time almost to the minute. I'm in my 80's and never ever experienced a company as honest and a pleasure to deal with.I will call them when I have another project.

I used this company spring 2018 for removal of several trees and a lot of brush, including stump grinding. Price was reasonable, team was professional and hard working. A bit of a mess was left but, oh well. There was a small amount of oak tree trimming needed but I knew that needed to wait until the winter months. Called them in September to be put on the schedule for this. Called back in November to request an estimate for this job since I hadn't heard from them yet. In February, still hadn't heard (and we had a warm, dry few months so this work could have easily been done), called again and Doug came out to assess the job. He said he would text me an estimate at the end of the day...never heard from him. (mistake #1 - should have started looking for a different company) Snow, freezing rain, and arctic temps are now in the forecast. I get a call from Randy asking if I still need this work done and he comes out the next day to provide an estimate. Very nice guy. Work is scheduled. Unfortunately, I did not clarify what his definition of elevate means. (mistake #2) My previous landscaper at my old house defined elevate as removing the bottom 2-3 branches of a tree, enough to raise it a foot higher from the ground. So I said sure go ahead and elevate my pin oak, it would make it easier for me to weed under those branches. I thought they were going to take off the bottom 2 branches. Because it was getting late into March, I scheduled the work on a day when I had to work (mistake #3). Randy assured me he would be on site to be certain trimming was done as we had discussed. When I got home, to my horror, my beautiful pin oak with its beautiful lower downward sweeping branches was trimmed 2/3 up the tree. The explanation I received was that the "climber" didn't think it looked even and continued to cut off branches until it did. That wasn't his tree to make that decision! There was no regard for the beautiful, unique shape of that tree nor the fact that it blocked the view of the neighbor's trampoline directly behind it. A month later, I am still so upset and sad for this tree. I feel like it has been stripped naked. Although the other trimming that day was done ok, I will not use them again. BTW, Doug had also offered two years in a row to remove some excess building materials left by previous owner at the back of my property. I said I was interested in his help with that and he never got back to me.

I received a phone call from them after initial inquiry email. We texted each other to establish some basic info. I then texted pictures of yard and trees requiring removal. Never heard a word from them again. If they didn't want the job for some reason, they could have at least let me know. Very unprofessional.

MPN kept us informed as to when the work would be done. Their crew of 5 worked efficiently. Their 'front man' is very informed and answered all questions well.

The job was done on time. The workers were professional and courteous. We would work with company again in the future.

Outstanding service. I communicated with Doug and Paul. First they were very well priced as I got several quotes. I would say they were very responsive. They set the date, which was about two weeks from when we agreed on the price. They came exactly when promised. My wife was present when they were cutting down the tree. They were very courteous and polite. They cut down a very large tree next to a garage growing through powerlines and then did stump grinding the following day. Turned out great. I was extremely pleased with the service and could not ask for anything more. I would highly recommend The Michigan Property Network.
