I've contracted with Michigan Property Sevices before. They did a great job 3 years ago and again this September. I had a few large trees removed and they ground the stumps. I asked them to leave the larger logs for my fireplace. The team cut the logs and stacked most of them for me. They cleaned up all debris. Very efficient and professional. They arrived as scheduled. Would not hesitate to contract with them again. I've also referred them to family and friends.

We had a tree hit by lightning which fell over into another tree and onto our porch. We phoned The Michigan Property Network, spoke with Paul and he sent Doug out who arrived within 45" to assess the situation. Doug gave us a quote to remove, trim and remove the storm damaged tree(s); as well as remove 3 other trees whose life was nearing the end. The cost was reasonable, so we accepted and Paul sent another crew out within the hour! The project foreman, Tim, and the whole MPN crew were courteous and incredibly efficient! (Like poetry in motion these guys) The beautiful clean-up job was the icing on the cake! We have a lot of trees on our property and will definitely use this company in the future (hopefully for just maintenance, we have had enough of the storm damage)

They did a very good job, everything was done well, they cleaned up afterwards, and it was very reasonably priced as well.

Went well. Tree was in a very bad spot, close to the house and they could not get their large equipment in our yard. It took the entire day with about 6 people working on the tree removal. All went as planned.

Terrific! These guys assessed the situation, gave best solution to the problem and gave written estimate with date when they could do the job. When they arrived they went straight to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. After cutting the limbs they cleaned up after themselves including raking up the debris. I am very happy with the job they did and the way they did. I would recommend them to anyone who wants things done right.

Don't go as planned. Took three trips to get the correct equipment to trim the large trees in my yard. Turns out the salesperson just did a poor job of communicating with the work crew. The company did eventually finish the job. It is unfortunate that one bad salesperson left me with such a negative impression that I will not use this company again.

Contacted Paul in early February to come look at tree and give a quote on cutting it down only. He came over the next evening to look at the tree and determined that it could be done for $375. Having it cut up was about double, but we could use the cut up tree for fire wood, so declined. We determined that it would be best to wait until spring time to get the tree cut down, so I contacted Paul and we scheduled service for a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather that weekend, Paul's crew was a little behind with other services, so he wasn't able to make it out on Saturday, so we rescheduled for Sunday morning. He was a little backed up Sunday, but arrived at around 5 PM with 2 of his crew members. All I can say is that they can cut down a tall tree fast! It was no less than 45 minutes and the whole tree was on the ground and they also helped to cut up the large part of the tree into sections to make it easier for us to cut up. They also piled up the branches very carefully and didn't make a huge mess at all. The price was very reasonable and we will continue to use Paul's company for future tree removals. Thanks Paul!

Responded to email request for service almost immediately and came out to give an estimate within a few hours. Service was performed same day. Asked for our concerns first. Listened to and accommodated requests regarding protecting property and undergrowth. Service was performed promptly but with appropriate attention to safety. Used ropes to lower branches to minimize damage to nearby trees and protect house and yard fencing. Staff was courteous and professional. Price seemed reasonable considering the service and risk involved. Compared to the tree trimming provided by Detroit Edison (and their contractors) featuring shockingly poor customer service and extreme eyesore results, I was very happy with The Michigan Property Network. This was a difficult job and they exceeding our expectations.

They did a good job, very professional, however they damaged my storage shed outside a little dent in it, they did compensate me for this.

I contracted with Michigan Property Network to remove two (2) trees, grind a few stumps, and trim five (5) trees. As I was traveling, they did the work in my absence. They did a really nice job and cleanup was perfect. Only thing was that they did not leave the large pieces as I had requested for firewood. Price was also the best of three (3) estimates

We had a tree in front of the house whose branches were hanging over the garage. One big branch recently fell off. We were concerned that other branches might also fall in the future, possibly damaging the garage. So we decided to hire someone to remove the tree. Michigan Property Network was quite quick in responding to calls for estimates. Their price was also good. However, they seem quite inflexible in scheduling time for the job. Randy, who came for the estimation, was pushing for a day that was probably most convenient for them but a day when I wasn't able to stay around to watch their work. Randy assured me that no damage could be done when they work. I trusted him which proved to be the biggest mistake. They came as scheduled and cut the tree, but when I came home, I noticed that there were a lot of surface damage on the concrete driveway, with many small holes where concrete was chipped away. Apparently the heavy equipment they used for cutting the tree had left its mark. After I called their owner Paul the next day, he did send Randy back to take a look. Randy categorically denied that the damage was caused by his tree-cutting crew and refused to do anything to fix the damage. Even though our driveway was only paved last October, he said that the damage was just natural "wear and tear". Of course, the "wear and tear" only appeared after the tree cutting the day before. Randy also asked for evidence of debris chipped away from those little holes, but of course they had swept away most of the tree and concrete debris after they finished their job. But we did discover once such piece after he left, a fresh piece of concrete on the part of the driveway where he parked his pickup truck. I am deeply disturbed by the way the company was doing the job, with so little respect for the other property of their clients when they remove trees, and the way they tried to reject responsibility for the damage they must have caused.

Came out the very next day to quote tree removal. Was higher than my other quotes but not totally out of the ball park. Very curteous and professional, and was extremely impressed that they came out the very next day.

The work force was very professional. Only minimal damage was done to the lawn because of the heavy equipment/ trucks. A telephone message was left that they would return the next day to complete the stump removal and they did return and completed the work. I thn mailed the check in for the completed work. I was satisfied.

Paul and his team were awesome. They were like tree removal ninjas, a 20 foot tree was on my front porch I went to the store, 30 minutes later I was back and the tree and Paul's team were gone. I did not see them arrive or leave but in 30 minutes the tree and all the branches were gone. Amazing.

They did an excellent job, I was very, very happy with them. They were very responsive and on time.

The crew did a nice job. They had sufficient crew member and appropriate equipment. Will use them again if we need another tree removed.

From start to finish it was a great experience and interesting. They explained everything they were doing while removing this big chunk of tree and were careful to not damage our siding or roof any further. The were very concerned about safety and put cones on the street so drivers would pass around the danger area. The owner was here with his crew the entire time and was a really friendly guy. I highly recommend this company. Very professional.

They were great. They were low cost, efficient, clean, punctual, friendly, professional and communicated well. Their estimate was half of what another one was. I would recommend them highly.
