 + -1 moreMy dryer was making a thumping noise as the drum would turn. Matt came out and fortunately had a part to fix it. He was very professional and very kind. Matt was great at explaining things to me and offering hints (even about my washer). He even vacuumed up inside the dryer and in back of it and even made sure my dryer vent was clear. He also showed me that the belt was a bit worn and dry rotted. Unfortunately, he did not happen to have a new belt to fit my dryer; but he was more than happy to order a new one. I would not hesitate to call Keitz again...Matt seems like a great employee/technician.

Description of Work: Keitz and Sons is the most honest and dependable appliance repair service. They repaired our furnace where most companies were charging over $600. Keitz and Sons were able to make the repair for just over $400.

Description of Work: My parents have a contract through DTE energy that provides service on their furnace. Their funace quit on a Friday. DTE sent out PSI and PSI came out 6 hours later and said the problem was the blower fan and that they needed to order a part and "you'll be fine, we'll be back Monday." My parents are senior citizens and this is December in Michigan. DTE would not send out another repair service, so my parents called Mr. Keitz who came out within and hour and temporarily repaired the blower fan so my parents could have heat until PSI replaced the fan. He did this at no charge. Thank God for him, as of Thursday 7 days later, no repair by PSI!

 + -1 moreTheir service was great. They had to get a new part for me and they went and got it in a timely fashion. When they said they would be here they were here on time and even early. I also put a sticker on my air conditioning unit so that if I have future problems I will call them back. I would definitely recommend them.

 + -1 moreThe serviceman was upfront about the freezer, and I appreciated him telling me that I might as well get a new one rather than spring for a costly repair.
Description of Work: I had a slow leak in an a/c unit. They came out, checked the unit, and recharged it. They'll be out next week to repair. I used them for a freezer that went bad in the past, and they were pretty upfront.
