Mr McQuade was called and came to give me an estimate within a couple of days of my call. I wanted the windows done the same week. He came on short notice and did an excellent job. He was also very personable and I would call him again.

Contacted William to obtain an estimate. We scheduled an appt and he arrived just when he said he would. William provided an estimate which I thought was very fair. We scheduled a date/time when the weather forcast predicted it would be warm enough. He arrived promptly (actually a bit early) and got right to work. He's very pleasant and seems very trust worthy. I will contact him again to clean the windows again in the spring. He did an excellent job.

Mr McQuade was very prompt in providing a quote (much more so than two other Angie's List providers I contacted) and was flexible in scheduling his work to meet my needs. He arrived on time and was both organized and efficient. We have several older style Pella windows with removable double panes and William removed the inner pane and cleaned the air gap in these windows - above and beyond the call of duty but he wanted to make sure that everything was done right. We are so pleased with his work that we are now planning to get on a twice a year cleaning schedule.

Absolutely SUPERB! We didn't realize how dirty the windows really were until Mr. McQuade cleaned them. He was polite, thorough and we will have him back to clean again. We will also be recommending him to anyone that needs their windows cleaned or any other service he offers to call him and use him!

He specializes in leaded glass. He was very efficient and professional. I would use him again in the future.

Mr. McQuade was able to fit me in last minute, which was awesome. The chandelier is in a very hard to reach place but he handled it with great care and did a wonderful job. Also, arrived right on time, did the job within the time frame he told me and charged what he said he would, which was very reasonable.

Probably the best window cleaning I've experienced. William was punctual, professional, appears honest, and was a pleasure to have in the house. He's Scottish as well, so the accent is charm.

This was the first time we'd had the windows taken apart since moving into the house, and we discovered the interior shutters had to be removed in order to remove the storm windows and screens.
