They were timely, worked with my schedule

3 people came, so the four hours was divided by each person's time. Note that I cannot recall specifically, but I think that they were there for approximately 1 hour, 20 minutes. I appreciate that they use this method, but I'm not sure that it's as thorough. Two seemed to be new and there was one who was clearly in charge. She worked quickly while the other two did not quite keep the same pace. In the end, their work was good enough. We did go over some of the areas cleaned by the two newer women. One household member was present and stayed out of their way except to answer any questions. We had mentioned when we first made the appointment that we were looking to hire a service for regular cleaning. There was no follow-up to inquire about our interest. We have had cleaning services before, had very good relationships with them, are not "dirty" or terribly messy people (we tend to clean up before they arrive!) so I was perplexed that there was no follow-up. We didn't pursue it either and would not have contracted with them anyway. Although we would not hire them again, I don't have any reservations about recommending them.

This was an Angies List deal I purchased for my daughter a new mother of twins. $89.00 for 3 hours of housecleaning. They came as arranged, 2 women for 90 minutes. They cleaned the house well enough. They asked what extra she wanted them to do and she asked that they wipe down the baseboards as my daughter had already wiped down the cabinets. My daughter remained in the house while they cleaned. Besides the fact that she didn't see them do the baseboards, the ladies were only there a little over an hour not 1 1/2 hours. So, all in all she was happy with the cleaning but disappointed that it wasn't a better job.

Once again Squeaky Clean was right on time. Their staff was friendly and courteous. As requested the bathrooms and floors looked and smelled clean. They did a good job.

They did a fantastic job! The ladies that came were all very professional and boy, did they get work FAST! I had to be there for a few minutes and just in that time, they had so much done. My house was in bad shape, I have to admit, but when we got home it was so nice and sparkling clean. The kitchen sink was shining as well as the appliances - even the inside of the microwave! The bathroom looked beautiful - every little bit was spotless. In the living room, they even vacuumed the furniture. We have a wall of mirrors in there (it was that way when I bought it!) and it was shinier that I've ever been able to get it. They did a great job. I would definitely use this company again!

It went fantastic. I was in a pinch and Squeaky Clean went above and beyond getting 2 women to come and help me with only 2 hours notice. The girls came in and got right to work cleaning my kitchen and bathrooms, and I mean they cleaned! I could have never done all of that myself. I told them what I needed done and they did everything just perfect. I am extremely happy with the quality of cleaning, and will be using this service in the future for touch up cleanings. I highly recommend Squeaky Clean. I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you very much ladies.

They cleaned our last house before me put it on the market. We needed an updated cleaning of our new house and they came out and did the same wonderful job. They are all so nice and fantastic. Will use again.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and got right to work. They asked us exactly what we would like done and let us know that doing certain things may take them over on time but would do their best to keep in in the time frame. This was a mother's day gift for my wife but was used just a couple days after our new baby was born. It made my wife very happy to have a clean house when we got home from the hospital.

This is the 1st GR company I have ever given a poor rating. I ordered the $81.00 cleaning coupon, and during that process it said it couldn't schedule my cleaning for the dates I requested, so I called Squeaky Clean Cleaning Services and left a message to set up a day and time, as no one answered their phone. The company called me back 2 days later and left me a message. I then tried multiple times to reach them and no one ever picked up the phone. A week later, I noticed they left a message on Angie's List email asking for my phone number. So I called again... This time giving a detailed message that I am the Angie's List customer whom has been trying to reach them and repeated my phone number 2x. They NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. So I wrote them back on their email asking them why they never returned my call and asking for a refund and then wrote them a couple D ratings for customer service and availability, but a good rating still for price. Then they wrote me a horrible email barraded me for giving them a poor rating! They were so inappropriate and treated an Angie's List customer with such distain and disrespect. I couldn't believe it. They then lied in their reply to my rating saying I never called. UNBELIEVABLE. If Angie's List condones companies that barrade and attack customers whom leave honest poor reviews I don't want to be an Angie's List customer anymore and want my $$ back for being a member. I didn't sign up to take the time to make reviews of local companies to then be insulted by them in return. So I am now changing my rating for Squeaky Clean Cleaning Services in Grand Rapids to an F across the board. I would never do buisness with this company as it may only leave you with a headache and new sence of ugly in the world as it did for me. We have wonderful small buisnesses here in Grand Rapids, most of the companies here are honest and respectful. Squeaky Clean IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Now I will worry what Squeaky Clean will do to us in retribution for this F rating. Good thing we have an alarm system with video surveillance at our house because I wouldn't trust this company not to get more hostile and they have our address. Angie's Customers be WARNED.

Don't hesitate to use this company. They leave your house sparkling and are willing to pay special attention to any areas that you request.

I'm a bit OCD when it comes to my house being clean, but we had a big gathering coming up at our house and I was going to be out town on business a few days before so I called in Squeaky Clean to help out. Color me impressed. My house sparkled. I am SO calling them again.

Amber, Rose and Gloria were great! They got out of the car with smiling faces and that was a great start! They pulled my condo apart, and cleaned like crazy, but was able to put it all back together just as it was, even earlier than expected! My house looks great, and I will definitely have them back time and time again! Awesome women and awesome job!

3 of them came out and vacuumed the dust from the floors and walls, washed the floors and counters and some ledges and washed some windows.

Although pricey, they did an excellent job of cleaning! My bathrooms and kitchen were practically sparkling!

Hired Squeaky Clean to do a move-out clean for an extremely dirty and grubby house. Pat and her crew did a a fantastic job. Really happy with their services.

They were professional, friendly and very thorough in their cleaning. My husband came home in the evening and remarked numerous times how well the house looked. Again today, he made comment. Very pleased overall.
