Within just one year, we have several areas of chipping and cracking including several long cracks along the width of the driveway. Driveway along the side of the house was poured with an angle that pitches slightly towards the house, resulting in our previously very dry basement getting water nearly every time it rains along the wall that should be "protected" by the driveway.
Description of Work: Remove old concrete from top half of driveway (~50 feet) and replace. Remove old concrete from garage floor and replace.

Upon reading Mr. [member name removed]'s unfavorable review, we of course wanted to look into it. We take great pride in the work that we do and were surprised by the review. However, we have no record of a contract with Mr. [member name removed]. Confused by this, we then looked at our old contracts by address and discovered that we did have a contract with the previous homeowner. The previous homeowner never contacted us to report a problem and we have no idea when he sold the house. It is imperative that any problems are reported immediately to determine the cause of the damage and to prevent further damage or deterioration of the concrete. To further investigate whether the previous homeowner contacted us we looked at older emails and contacts to our web site. Apparently, Mr. [member name removed] contacted us through our web site in April of this year with general questions about crack repair and warranties. We did reply to him with suggestions, thinking that he was a prospective customer. For whatever reason, Mr. [member name removed] never indicated that we did the work at his house nor did he give his address. We offer a one year limited warranty on all concrete work that we do. This work was done in December 2012 for the previous homeowner and we have no idea when or why problems with this concrete arose, thus making it difficult to address the problem.

MY PATIO IS FLAWLESS. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. WHENEVER I CALLED THEM WITH A QUESTION, THEY GOT BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME VERY QUICKLY. THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND THAT'S WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO ME.
Description of Work: THEY POURED THE CONCRETE FOR OUR PATIO.
