 + -1 moreThe serviceman came on time and told me what the job entailed.He disconnected the old unit and got help from another serviceman to remove it. Then they set the new one in place. He then connected the new unit and added coolant. After that he cleaned the area and wrote up the bill. He was a pleasant man was very professional.
Description of Work: Replaced our A/C unit and refilled it with refrigerant .

 + -1 moreThis is acturlly the fourth time I have used them. Their prices are fair, probably not the cehapest, but they do work that is not needed. On this last call, They could have easily sold me a new thermostate, of for thet matter a bunch of other parts. I would not have had a clue. The problem was the filter, which I can replace myself. I trust these guys and would use them again.
Description of Work: Furnace was running intermitently. Cleaned furnace, repaired furnace drain. Recommemded a different type of filter.

 + -1 moreWe were very satisfied with their customer service over the phone, with their promptness, and with how the service person explained what he was doing, why, and showed us the reason for the clicking. Our only complaint is the bill: we were not told (or not told clearly enough) that the clock started running when he left his store and included his time spent driving back. We spent over $30 for the guy to just drive to us. It was already $85 per hour for labor!
Description of Work: Service person came to clean the furnace and check out what was making the clicking noise.
