If I could give a negative star I would. Buyer beware. In 2021 we needed flooring fast. Sales person Tony promised us top of the line flooring and installation. Said “not a crappy Home Depot job”. Spent 24000.00 dollars for carpet and LVT. Had ceramic tile down and they said it did not need to be torn out or hat they lay over it all the time. Charged us 900$ to put floor level down. First installer said we did not need it so he installed. Also refused to pay bathroom floor unless we put down a sub floor (not told at time of purchase or measure) Forgot to lay LVT in front of slider and put carpet there. Within days LVT was breaking at seems. Came back tore all the floor up did some level patchwork and reinstalled. Started breaking at seems again. Third time came back out and tore entire floor up again and put a mortar all over floor (not a leveling mix) and reinstalled over it before it was completely dry. Of course it started breaking again. Owner Kevin was real rude refused to fix it again and wanted 3000.00 to tear out ceramic tile and install over a subfloor. Was supposed to come back and fix again but never showed up I told him they needed to stand behind the product and Now 2 years later he still refuses says they only warranty their work for 1 year and the floor continues to break up. Oh yeah I ended up having to lay the bathroom floor myself, never got in front of slider done, they put the wrong transition strips down. Well I believe Home Depot would have done a better job. Kevin and Karen’s carpet are crooks. They never call me back or show up. The kitchen floor alone was 7000.00 + dollars. Not sure if exact amount because they refused to give me a break down. They also charged me to install 3 toilets and only installed 1. He sent me a couple hundred dollar refund for work not done. Do not shop there and if you do, have a lawyer on standby.

Agreed on a price for the carpet, Paid said price. They tried to increase the price and said that i underestimated the square footage. I cancelled the order saying i would go elsewhere. Finally a rep from Karen's called back and said they would go ahead with the original price for the carpet. The installer came out and got to work. (i was at work) My wife checked on them about 45 minutes after the start of installation. She found they were installing sage green instead of the slate gray we ordered. Neither the installer or Karen's wanted to fix this right off , until she threatened to rip the carpet out herself and drop it off in their expletive deleted showroom. Finally they did install the carpet we wanted for a decent price. And to be fair it's been ten years and the carpet still looks really good.

I would have liked some detail pricing, I only got the total. So when things weren't done I was supposedly charged for. I have no way of knowing and getting refunded. They were suppose to rip the old flooring out and they didn't and the installer said he could put it over that so I don't know if I paid for it. When I called them they said they would divide it up at the end and I never heard back from them.

I had a few problems.  When they did the vinyl, they put the seam line that was very noticeable and it was a very sloppy job.  I had to call them and they had to come and take it out and redo it.  I wasn't too happy with the work.  I had paid for new tack boards.  The guy actually got mad because I had told him that I wanted the old ones up and the new ones put down.  He was very mad when he was doing that.  He did not want to take the old ones out.  He said that they were just fine and I didn't need it, but I had paid for new ones so I wanted the new ones.  He was irritated at that.  This happened when they came back to do the living room.  Also, as soon as he came in he didn't even ask me and he just went straight to heat the monitor and turned my heater pipe at 80.  I didn't like that either.  Before he left he knew that I was irritated, but I hadn't told him anything and he apologized at the end.  The reason he did that was because he had probably gotten over his madness with the tack board.  It wasn't still okay.  I didn't like that.  He didn't explain why he was doing it.  I won't go back to him because I've had a lot of problems.  The price was way over rated.  I went to another company and found out that I could have gotten this done for half the price.  Their prices are way economical.  They also charge one for services and they don't tell them.  I had actually paid for a service where they had to move my furniture to different rooms and out to the deck.  Unless I mentioned it, they wouldn't have done it.  When the guy was leaving, I looked at my invoice and they had charged me for furniture removal.  They didn't even tell me.  That was another thing that I didn't like.  Their responsiveness was good.  They came out right away.  They did come out fairly quickly as I hadn't paid them yet.  They knew that they had to come.  When I've paid for something and when I tell them that I'm going to need that, they are not going to offer even though I've paid for it.  When they did the flooring they asked if they could leave.  They said that they were not allowed to take any of the boards or anything back.  I didn't know that.  They bagged up and I had to put the residue that was left out to the curb.  They just left.  I called the stores and they said that it would cost me an extra $50 to do that.  They didn't move the furniture.  Their professionalism was not very good.

Our salesperson, Tony, was a little pushier than we feel comfortable with. We loved the carpeting we chose and we felt the price was fair, so we overlooked his "slick" sales technique and paid a $500 deposit to order the carpeting. When the carpeting arrived, we scheduled our installation for a Saturday. Tony told us twice that our installers would arrive at our home at 9:00am At 10:30, the installers had not arrived. We called Tony to inquire about the delay. He put us on hold while he called the installers. He then told us that our installers were 5 minutes away from our house. At 11:30, we called Tony because our installers had still not arrived at our home. Tony apologized and explained that he must have called the wrong installers and promised our installers would be at our home within an hour. At 1:00 (30 minutes beyond the promised hour), our installers arrived.

"Thank you for leaving this feedback, (Member name removed). It's very important to us that our customers feel comfortable and informed, and this experience doesn't reflect that. You're completely right about expecting your sales representative to be upfront and friendly. I apologize for your experience but I hope you love your flooring."
