The girls were great but there was just some complications with scheduling.

It went okay, however, I was told at my first meeting with a representative that my home would be basically washed from the ceiling to floor on all surfaces and that didn't happen. The 2 days following the cleaning I found numerous things that had been missed. I called the service and asked that they please send someone else to clean on my next scheduled date. I think it is nice that they employ so many people and I had that option. They were very nice when I called with my request. I am confident that they will send out someone who will be a little more detail oriented.

They come every other week. They do a great job, we're very pleased, and we can leave them in the house when we leave, now. It's $35 an hour, I believe. We've used them for several months now. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They cleaned the housebut did not show proper respect to our home. Might be aceptable for warehouse cleaning but do not show proper respect for a private home.

Overall the cleaning they did was very good. They moved things from the original places and didn't put back in same place. Some things we haven't found yet. We have no problem having them continue thier service.

We were very happy with the service that Before and After provided and have contracted them to clean our home on a monthly bases.

I called, stated what I needed, made an appointment, waited and no one came. No one called, no apology, no comment. I would encourage future viewers to ignore this provider

The workers they sent to clean to house were very thorough and did a good job. I have been pleased with their work and continue to use their service. They offer a 6 for 5 bonus if you use their service on a regular schedule, which means you get one free cleaning every sixth time for the first year.

Very responsive, professional, prompt, thorough in proving estimate. I didn't use this service because of a scheduling error on my part but would recommend them.

Before and After has been cleaning my Flint rental properties with every tenant move out for the past two years. Most of my properties are occupied by students and they tend to neglect cleaning well before moving out. Before and After does an excellent job, are very punctual, and have earned my trust. I feel their rates are very reasonable for the quality of work that they do. I would recommend them without reservation and will continue using their services in the future.
