I appreciated the fact that he explained what needed to be done for each project and did give me some options. His estimates were spot on. I plan to use him again.
Description of Work: i had a list of 10 things that needed to get done before Thanksgivings. Mr. may cam out, provided an estimate and he and his crew completed everything in about a week. - Tiled a small bathroom walls and floor. One of the walls needed to be repaired before tiling; - Replaced several panels in the basement drop ceiling; - Repaired a crack in the bedroom ceiling and painted walls and ceiling; - Painted master bathroom; - Spot painting in several areas - Repaired ceiling in a small powder room in the basement As he walked through he also pointed out other areas that could create problems if not attended to.

+ -1 moreI am glad I found Ed May of Versatile Unlimited. He brings a crew with him to get the job done a lot faster than your typical handyman service. Everyone is friendly and professional. He has a ton of knowledge and knows how to do it. When Ed and his crew where putting the step rails and guard rails in, I had someone else working on my garage roof. The roofer was very slow, it was taking way to long. I knew I had the wrong guy working on my roof. I got rid of him and called Ed to finish the roof. Versatile Unlimited came a few hours later and put the underlay and shingles on the garage all in a few hours. I was happy that I made the decision to have Ed finish the roof. I would never have finished the roof in time if it was not for Ed and his crew. I recommend Ed to everyone. He will take good care of you.

+ -1 moreI had a list of 20 things for him to do. He put a doorknob on my bathroom door. He repaired the tile around my bathtub and made it look brand new. He oiled my automatic garage door. He plastered cracks in the ceiling in my master bedroom. He caulked my window seals in the kitchen so air would not come through. He plastered the windows on the third floor and nailed down the carpet. He repaired a table, replaced the doorknobs in the breakfast nook and in another bedroom. He replaced the shower head in the master bathroom. He secured and repaired my stairway railing and he replaced the gutters.
Description of Work: Versatile Unlimited came out to my home to do minor repairs.
