Description of Work: I called for an estimate and was told that since I was local they would be out in a day or two to provide the estimate. I never heard anything from them after the initial call. As a consumer, I don't think it should be necessary to beg for an estimate.

+ -1 moresee above--I didn't read the blanks in advance and don't want to type it again. They were thorough, I'm not.
Description of Work: They came the day I called to give an estimate and did the work within just a few days. The work entailed cleaning gutters that had not been cleaned for years, windows and skylights neglected just as long, and pressure washing and coating a deck. They missed some basement windows the first trip, but they had to come back a second day for coating the deck, so there was no real inconvenience, and all the work was well done by very pleasant, professional workmen. They communicated well when rain altered the original date for the work, and they were very prompt on the day they actually did most of the work. We'd use them again in a heart beat.

+ 0 moreThey did a fantastic job. The leaves from the eaves were placed in a leaf disposal bag. The estimate for that work was for an hour's work, but I was told it would probably not take an hour. It didn't, and I was charged about half of what the quote was. The windows, every single one, were absolutely sparkling. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were very pleasant. The younger man even removed a kitchen curtain that was too high for me. It had been raining, and there were wet leaves all over. They covered their shoes in the house when they decided they might track dirt in the house. I was more than pleased with the work, and will have them come back in the spring.
Description of Work: Two men cleaned the inside and outside of all windows and doors of my two-floor, four bedroom house, including the screens. They also cleaned the eaves and downspouts. The windows were less than a year and a half old. They were dirty--they were not clean when installed; the screens were especially dirty, and there were sticky spots on the outside of some of the windows.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was very detailed, the two guys who did the work showed up on time, did their work quickly and quietly (important since I work at home) and even managed not to damage any of the flower beds near the house (something the utility meter readers can't figure out how to do!).
