Victor was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my call, gave me a quote--arrived when he said and was done in about an hour to move and replace a sprinkler head. He was also reasonably priced, and the quote was accurate. He was courteous and polite and certain of his work. He tested and adjusted my system to make sure all was right. The young man was very professional and honest. I find it hard to get a quote and not have a add on without being told. He was quick, knowledgeable and reasonable. If he had other jobs before mine. He always made sure to call. Make sure I knew that he may be later than expected. He always stayed in touch with me. We had to move an appointment around. He had a job that took longer than expected. Gave me the option of being maybe 15 minutes late or reschedule. I was impressed. Thank you so much for making something that seemed by other companies a complete redo. He found the problem. This person is not professional. He started the sprinkler valve repair job at my home and did not come back to finish it. Also please be very clear with him on pricing details. He gave me a quote but when he started work he was charging insanely high price for the fittings which was never mentioned in the first place.
