 + -1 moreAlways great with them. If you have an emergency and they have openings they do not charge you a $200 emergency fee just to come out.
Description of Work: Joe has been out to our house several times and we've just forgotten to write a review for him. He has fixed our air conditioning unit, Humidifier in the house, replaced our de-humidifier attached to the furnace. Every time he comes out the price is right and he never tries to make you get fixes you do not need.

 + -1 moreThe installation went well. Joe gave me a decent price, showed up when he said he would and worked hard to complete the job in the timely manner. He and his crew were polite and relatively quiet. They cleaned up behind themselves and left no debris in the work area. Joe explained the features of my new boiler and posted all the necessary safety and contact information. The city inspector complemented his work but failed his installation on a couple of small points that are in no way dangerous. Like putting a strap on a thin pipe that moves a little and using a cleaning solution in the system. That is where I am having a problem. It is peak heating system time and while I realize he is busy, we are half way through the 30 days given to fix what the inspector pointed out. I don't know if Joe knows the ramifications of not responding to the notice from the inspector. Poor customer service! I would hate for him to have a bad mark on his record for poor follow-up. He's a nice guy.
