This company scoped the sewer connector line running under our driveway. Thanks to the Big Deal offering, we were able to save money and get a video inspection of the pipeline vs. the traditional snake service provided by a local plumbing company. I can't remember the actual service date; I think it was done over two years ago.

It went very well considering the challenges that were faced. My home was equipped with outdated plumbing and previous plumbers had done some real shoddy work on its installation. The guy from Cregger was able to get creative and overcome all of the challenges he was met with. I did what I could to help and he was a real pleasure to work with. It was also a Sunday evening when I needed the work done (it was an emergency!). I felt bad about forcing him to give up what should have been a night off for him, but he was a great guy and he was extremely fair to me. If he is an example of all Cregger plumbers I will not hesitate to call again.

Cregger came out twice to root the line out to the sewer. They did a good job, but I can't say they went above and beyond. Folks in the office were very organized. I think the prices for Cregger are a bit more, but look for coupons on their website and Angie's List.

Since our main sewer blockage repair by Creggar 3 yaers ago, we have been having that repair checked every year for any further root problem or blockages. In May we had Creggar camera the sewer line-Technician noted minor root incursion approx.45 ft from inspection port, I saw the roots personally. Since the issues were not serious-Waited until fall to have the roots removed. Plumber arrived on established time, went right to work with 6"cutter/snake-finished the cutting within 20 minutes-Removed cutter/snake with minor roots still attached to cutter. Couldn't have been more efficient-Plumber was courteous, friendly, cleaned up any residue and was gone-Probably 45 minutes max. from start to finish. I appreciate that type of service. C. H. Cecil

Came in and analyzed the situation as the house we had moved into had been vacant for a while. Immediately went to work on the kitchen sink in question and cleared everything out including all the way to the road Then made sure that the rest of the drains were functional through the house

A young man named Keven arrived on time, repaired the leaking line under the kitche sink and stated that he must (standard procedure) fix the other line at an additional $75. Total cost of the replacing one leaking line turns into $150 for two. To stare the Garbage Disposal job, the young man debated the cost of installing from the $125 I was quoated on the phone to $225. He stated that Emily told him she said $225 after going out to his truck to call her to check on the $125 initial cost I was told. When He insisted that she told me $225, I told him he could omit the Garbage disposial job because I write everythig down and I had it on my legal pad. I knew what I was told and was not going to accept anything else. He then agreed to go ahead and do it for the $125 I was quoted. while completing the job, he showed me a part and told me it would cost me an extra $50 to install it in the sink. I told him no, I could not afford extras. He left the part under the sink. I called the company, reported what happened. The Owner call me personally and offered to do what ever I needed to install that part. Bottom Line: The company was great to work with. I understand when workers try to do sideline contracting and the company is not aware of the sidle line dealing. I did not want to hold the company responsible for one person's "hanky-panky." I used Cregger Plumbing to fix a bath tub leaking faucet just a fews weeks ago. They worked with me, explained what could be done without going into my wall to tear out drywall (contractor/drywall repairs) to fix my leak. They went the extra mile because I call them several times to ask questions and they walked me through the process Emily is knowledgeable and great with Seniors like me. I will also purshase a Big Deal for $111 to have my bathroom plumbing work done after the Vanityies and Countertops are installed.

They were prompt, professional & fixed everything. I was very happy with the service.

The quality of service was good but it was a little expensive for the work they did.

Aaron can and inspected the problem and explain to me what was going on and they proceeded to fix my complex problem. I was very satisfied with the work . I love the coupons that this company provided used both of them. Love a good deal.

Aaron was friendly, professional and got the job done in very quickly. He explained what he did and what the cause of the problem was. He also very carefully cleaned up the work area and made sure everything was OK before he left. Water now drains better than it has in years. Outstanding service!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out wonderful. They charged me extra, other than the big deal purchase. They dug up my yard, pulled up the old plumbing that went out to the main line into the street, replaced about 75 feet of new PVC. Regarding responsiveness, they were wonderful.

They were right on time very professional and fixed in the leak in no time.

i called wednesday morning and they came out thursday afternoon an hour early and it was raining outside and they were working in the mud came in the house a few times and left the house clean and problem was fixed

When I next need service, I certainly intend to request Aaron to do the work. Polite, hard worker, and got the job done. I seldom actually use the disposal, however, I always run it daily to make certain that it is clear. Oops!

Cregger plumbing contacted me right away to schedule the appointment. They communicated well on when they would be there and followed through on all commitments. I feel like the price we got was competitive and the work well done.

They weren’t able to fix the problem. They indicated that I needed my basement sewer broke up and the pipes replaced under the floor. A backup plumber came with a miniature plunger and he did it 3 times with that while covering the hole that went to the sump pump, everything dislodged and I was good. I had to have them come back out. I don’t know if they’re the best in terms of the deal. They were fabulous, polite, pleasant, and accommodating. They had excellent customer service but they weren't as good as they could have had.

They were fine, came on time and did the work. The work was good. They came out two weeks after I made the purchase. I would not use them again because I found another plumbing company.

I called in the morning due to a pipe burst to have someone come out that afternoon. I explained where the pipe broke to the woman on the phone. They couldn't send anyone until the next day in the afternoon. I took the afternoon off of work to be at the home to meet the plumber. Called the office to get an ETA but they wouldn't provide a time that the plumber would show. When the plumber did arrive around 4pm, he didn't have anything for PVC pipes and could only service copper pipes. He stated that a replacement pipe would need to be ordered and would take a few days. Needless to say I didn't reschedule anything with them and went with a different company that was way more helpful, had the materials on hand, and got the work done quickly. I was angry that I even wasted days trying to work through Cregger.

It went great. Kevin was very professional and did an excellent job.

Kevin did a great job with the repair of my steam boiler. I had already purchased the part I thought I needed with the intention of installing it myself. Considering the age of my boiler, I quickly realized that I needed professional help installing the new low water shut-off. Upon arrival, Kevin quickly assessed that I did need to replace the entire valve assembly and promptly removed and reinstalled the new one. We discussed that my existing (1940's?) boiler was functional but beyond its intended lifespan and If I upgraded in the future I could get a more efficient and smaller BTU unit which would save significantly on fuel cost and have a fairly quick "pay-back". I will definitely be giving Cregger a call when I can afford the upgrade. He also suggested that I install a CO detector in the basement which I will be purchasing tomorrow. These guy's are top notch!!! Thanks Again

UPDATED Review: The customer service of the company was not good, but the owner gave us a call and rectified the situation after we expressed our complaint on Angie's List. We were told that the service call was $90 and we would not be charged and we would have an additional amount of money credited to us. He acknowledged that his service people were wrong. He apologized for them, and we feel that the situation was handled professionally. ORIGINAL Review: The technician, Randy, came out to our home and informed us that he didn't think we needed any work completed at the time of the service call. He told us not worry about any charges for the service call. It seems to me that the guy who came out didn't want to do the work with the Big Deal we had purchased. We had requested to have the drain snaked. He explicitly told us that there would be no charge for the service call. On 10/23, the company charged us for a $95 service call. The technician told the company that "We refused to pay for the service!!!" I specifically asked how much the service call would cost, and he repeatedly told me that since he had done work at our home previously, there would be no charge. I believe that he made a statement with us about not needing to be charged for the service call and is trying to cover his own error, but either way, I want my money refunded for the Big Deal that this company charged me for and no work was completed!!! He did not do any work! He told me he would come back if the drain did need to be snaked in the future. I would have paid for the charge, no questions asked, but he repeatedly told me there would be no charge! I feel like I am entilted to either a free service call, or my money back for the lack of service. A receptionist called my wife on 10/23 to ask for the coupon code to redeem the coupon that we didn't use. The number was given to the receptionist, who redeemed the coupon, yet no work was actually completed! They were very nice and friendly, yet this miscommunication hurts the relationship I have with the company. They have not been accurate in their reporting of what actually took place.

Crew arrived on time. They couldn't finish the job that day because parts were needed. The house and plumbing are very old. They came back the next day and finished up. A small leak started the first night but they took care of that upon their return with the parts they needed. They followed up the next day to insure that every thing was okay.
