Our experience with Cregger was awesome! The technician that came out was very professional and did not even charge us the entire amount for the service call. He was fixing a problem a leak that sprang up after I had installed a new toilet in our house. He looked around, did a quick assessment, pinpointed the problem and had it all fixed in about 15 minutes. He was very nice and explained that since it was such a simple fix that he was not going to charge us for the full service call. Thanks again and you guys are awesome!

Cregger Plumbing states they service Oakland County...and really they don't. I asked for service in Walled Lake and was told that was too far out. Really? from Ferndale? Is this pizza delivery or plumbing?

Went well. Technician explained what he was doing and what he was seeing. He was very helpful.

Showed up on time at time of appt., actually called 1/2 hour before arriving as promised when I made the appt. Asked a few questions and took a look at the plumbing in kitchen and basement (unfinished) to understand the situation before beginning work. I had puchased Angie's big deal, $200 in services for $111, after I made the appt. and that was no problem for the plumber or the front office. I had attempted unsuccessfully to clear the line with chemicals and a small snake and my limited knowledge. Plumber quickly brought in a floor covering tarp and the right heavy duty equipment to clear the clog. Because it was a fairly simple and quick procedure for him, he charged me less than the regular rate that I was quoted over the phone and left me with a $25 credit from the big deal for future services. The plumber was helpful in explaining everything and answering my questions (even the unrelated ones), knowledgeable, friendly, focused on the job, and hardworking. The whole process from arrival to departure was quick and painless, less than 45 minutes total.

Gregger Plumbing is Great! I called on Tuesday March 11th and they were out to my house for a quote the very next day. We also had a snow storm the morning of March 12th and I am thankful Derek the Estimator was able to make it to my house for the estimate. Derek was a very polite and honest gentlemen, I told him exactly what I wanted done and he gave me a very fair price. As we were leaving my basement he noticed my water heater was fairly old and asked if I would mind if he could give me an estimate on that as well. He continued to tell me that if my water heater was not showing any signs of it not working properly that I shouldn't replace it until it actually goes out. I liked how Derek was honest with me and how he gave me the estimate on my water heater but he did not push me into buying a new one, i absolutely hate when sales people try to make you buy something you do not want. Derek also told me about the coupon on Angies list that you pay $111.00 and you get $200.00 work of work. This was great because the work they did for me was $200 so just from Derek telling me about to coupon I saved $89!!! Greg was the gentlemen that came and did the work, he was very polite and professional. Greg did the job correctly and quickly and was on his way. Gregger Plumbing will be the plumbing company I call whenever I need plumbing work done.

Was a great experience from the first call to the follow up after the service! Cregger truly embraces customer service and their clients experiences. You can tell they don't want to get the job done, they want to be there anytime you have a plumbing need! I called Cregger on Friday and their team was out as scheduled right on time at 9 am Monday to meet the City of Troy for the water shut off. I had to have a water meter replaced however the shutoff valves were bad so I needed to have a plumber on hand to change out the valves. The city of troy came out and turned off the water, and Chris from Cregger got right to work changing out the valves. He called the City of Troy and had the tech come back out to install the new meter and turn the water back on while Chris continued working on the other valves that needed to be replaced. Chris worked efficiently, was clean, and professional. He took his boots off to go through the house and made sure to put everything back where it was. All in all, our water was shut off for no more than 2 hours and Chris was done by Lunch. Emily was great scheduling and explaining their services, and it was a great experience! I used the Angies List coupon to have a great savings, and in total the price was $416.00 to complete all the work ($495 per invoice). I thought it was a fair price, of course could always be better, but I'm willing to pay slightly more to have a company you can trust that delivers as promised, on time, and with great service! Had Cregger do some plumbing modifications since they were on site to replace a 15-year old water heater that had started to leak due to a bad plastic drain valve. Very pleased with results. Cregger people listened and executed well leaving appropriate clearances, etc. so I could get to shutoff valves easily, etc. Did use one of my pails without asking to catch the solder. Should have asked or used their own.

Excellent service -called on a Sunday and had the job done by Monday 9am!!! highly recommended!% Jimmy the tech was great!!

Used an Angies List deal to get $200 of services for $111. Plumber showed up early and repaired the pipes efficiently and quickly. Found a problem with the faucet and I had him fix that and also a gate valve that was leaking. The worker was very professional and had a friendly manner. I don't think the price was unreasonable, but without the coupon I would have paid $385 total which seems a little on the high side. I would consider using this company again.

The only reason I graded a B instead of an A is that they had to send out a plumber a second time to completely fix the issue. The issue appeared to be corrected after the first visit, but then wasn't 100%. I called the company and they immediately sent someone out again and the job was finished properly.

My 14 year old clogged our already fragile garbage disposal with the cooked yolks of a dozen eggs along with their shells, making my kitchen sink completely useless. On a Friday afternoon I called and before the end of the afternoon, my disposal worked, and my sink was clear.

At about 10:45 p.m. on February 21, water started coming up through the drains in my utility room and spreading into my finished basement. For an hour or so, my daughter and I mopped up water but as much as we mopped, more water was flooding the room. Called Creggers Plumbing around 12:50 a.m and they asked if it could wait til morning because it was going to be expensive. I looked at the water bubbling up and knew it couldn't wait as it was already into the finished area of the basement. The plumber said he would be at my home under an hour, which he was. Greg snaked out the clean out port in the front yard and after some time, there was gurgling in the drain and the water was leaving my basement. Greg saved my basement, saved the day. Luckily, we had one of the warmer nights, in the 30's, so he was able to work outside.

On time, and job well done. Would use them again.

Cregger had all necessary parts and was able to do it in no time. They were very good in cleaning up after the job was complete.

He did a good job with the work. He did tell me that when I need future work done that they would take care of the additional $34.00 that was left over from the coupon.

I discovered my sump pump stopped working late on a Sunday evening. I found Cregger on Angie's list, and gave them a call, leaving them a message with their call center. I received a return call in less than 15 minutes later. They explained all of the details and promised to come out early the next day. They called me 20 minutes before arriving, came prepared with parts as needed, and had me up and running in 30 minutes. Jimmy, the installation expert was polite and explained to me what he did and why. He was able to repair my existing pump, saving me money. He also helped me understand the benefits of a backup system, and provided a quote as well. I am very happy with the quick, courteous service provided and would not hesitate to use them again.

The plumber from Creggers arrived on time; was very informative and professional. Everything works perfectly and I felt like their pricing was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend.

Provider came out and looked at both a smelly sink and leaking gas meter but could not help with smelly sink and deferred gas issue to gas company. Since no work was performed they said I can use the coupon for a future visit.

No more leaks! We are remodeling our kitchen, and had demolished our kitchen down to the studs. Cregger came in a removed a vent pipe that went thru our ceiling to make our 39" wall cabinets unobstructed. They also roughed in our plumbing for our kitchen sink. We finally have our cabinets installed and are scheduling Cregger Plumbing to come out ASAP to do the final hookups. Can't wait for this to be done! We are so anxious to have our finished kitchen!
