The service from Cregger Plumbing & Sewer for the big deal worked out fine. It was fine. I would rate them whatever the best is. I would rate them 'A's on everything.

The service was excellent. They worked around my busy schedule and were able to meet me at a convenient time. I was impressed with the office staff and especially impressed by the service men doing the work in my home. They explained everything to me, and offfered recommendations for the futre. They were quite trustworthy, efficient and clean. I will definately use them again.

The service did not turn out well. I had to call him back. I had a lot of pressure problems in my shower, and they charged me an arm and a leg, and the problem came back. I have one shower in my bathroom, and it has a couple head, and it has really low water pressure. There is no water pressure problem in the rest of the house. They said they knew what the problem was, and they blew out the lines, and the problem is back. I used the big deal coupon, but I went above and beyond because of what my problem was. I called them afterwards because I wanted an itemized receipt, and they said that they don't charge by the hour, but by the job. The major thing was that no one has been able to fix this problem. I have had the problem a couple of years. They bought the sink and installed it. They were out here in February, and a job costing that kind of money should have lasted. The job that they did worked up until the beginning of March and then it started to go bad. I got sick and then I forgot about it. I am glad I purchased the big deal, because I got a little off from that. I don't like that they charged by the job, and they don't send me an official receipt. They gave me a handwritten receipt. They come to my house, and they will charge me different from someone in another neighborhood. They weren't bad guys, they seemed to know what they were doing. I would tell people to go to a company that gives prices up front and gives the cost. I liked the work that they did in the kitchen. The pricing was expensive, they charged me $900. I am so disappointed with the shower problem and the money spent. I haven't asked them yet why it dropped so quick. Maybe they will say they will come back, or they may say they told me so. They were responsive and they were good. I called them because they had good grades on Angie's List.

It was a simple job. Nothing serious. It went well.

They were great and very helpful. They came very quickly and took care of everything efficiently.

They arrived on time. Since we have an old house, they had to determine where the back up was. They were pleasant, clean and professional. They solved the problem and it has not occurred since. After they left, the area was clean, like they hadn't been there. The next day, a representative called and asked if I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Guessing on date since this was several years ago. I wrote a review before but Angies list can't seem to find it.

I was truely STUNNED, after receiving the estimate!!! His justification was that it would take two men to complete the job. This is not rocket science here!! $200 dollars per hour, are you serious! Bottom line is I paid $99 for an estimate. I am NOT a happy customer.

The service provided was excellent. There were lot of things that we like. They came on time, they did the work quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and they were just great. I thought the price was very reasonable.

They did a great job. Very professional. We also recommended them to my sister, and she also was very happy with the work they did for her (new shut-off valves on her indoor plumbing).

Overall, everything was great with the exception that I never received a call after purchasing my coupon and asking to be contacted. I live out of state and didn't want extra responsibilities as I work full time and own several rentals. After my tenant complained again, I called and they had it fixed. Overall, I give them a B+.

the provider did not call or show up by 12:15pm. i called them at that time and they confirmed i was on the appointment list but they could not give me an 'eta' for when the plumber would show up. they asked if i wanted to re-schedule and i said no.

Cregger's did a great job. Jimmy and Keith ran into some problems with the various jobs but were persistent and managed to solve them all. The bathroom sink has Hans Grohe faucets which had handles that were tricky to remove. They had to go to their supplies store to get a second opinion and look up instructions for this particular type of faucet. When they came back they got them off right away with the help of a strap wrench which did not hurt the handles' finish in any way. The faucets now work beautifully. They quickly snaked out the second sink and moved on to the laundry tub problem. The double laundry tub had a leak from the pipes underneath. The piece that connected the two sides of the tub was completely rusted so it needed to be replaced. The rest of the pipes were vintage 1926 cast iron which could not be directly hooked to PVC. When they tried to hook the PVC pipes up to the laundry tub they wouldn't fit properly because of size differences between the drains of the old tub and the new PVC pieces. That's when they realized that the entire laundry tub would have to be replaced because there was no way to hook up new plumbing to it. They were very nice about it; gave me a new estimate and said they would not charge for the labor for removing and reinstalling the tub faucets. Because it was late in the day on Saturday, they were unable to finish the job so they came back Monday afternoon with a new laundry tub and installed it then. In addition, without asking, they reinstalled the towel bar from the old tub and screwed the washer hose to the side just like it had been previously. They were friendly and courteous and consulted with me with each problem they encountered. I recommend them highly; they did excellent work and everything works great!

It worked out okay. The service representative was nice and the work turned out fine. He was a very nice person. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He came out within two days after the deal was purchased.

They were great. They showed up when they said and they were very quick. I saved myself some money so it was a good price.

Cregger did a nice job and corrected the problem. Technician was polite, prompt, and competent. I would use them again. If I didn't have the Angie's list coupon, it would have been expensive. With the coupon, it was a little more than I expected to pay, but was still reasonable.

There were no troubles with scheduling and there were no additional costs beyond the price the deal. They spent about an hour on the work. It worked out wonderful! My experience with them was great!

My provider was Don. He was punctual, professional, polite. He had all the tools he needed and fixed my faucet leak and tightened down a loose toilet. Work was quick and comprehensive. I am pleased with this company and plan to use them again to replace my house sump pump next week. Highly recommended.

We asked them to go out to our rental property and complete a repair, which was to by-pass a drain. We have always done this with service providers, paying half after the estimate and the rest upon completion. The plumber that was sent out stated he wasn't sure he could do the work we were requesting, wouldn't call anyone who was able to make the decision, and stated they would have to send someone else out. Instead he just snaked the drain and stated it would solve our problem. We then had to schedule a second appointment to have someone else go out to the house, charging us a second service fee. The work was not completed during this visit either. It took a 3rd appointment, with a 3rd plumber to get the actual repair done. The whole experience was very frustrating. I felt like they were giving us a hard time just because they have a "good" rating with Angie's List and didn't have to try to help us.

My experience went very well. The staff is professional and knowledgeable in their field. I was pleased with their service and am using the company again.

We purchased a big deal through Angie's list and were quickly contacted to determine what was needed. We had intended to call Creggers for some upcoming work so the timing was perfect. First an estimator came out to review the work. That went fine, he went through all of the items on the list to review. An estimate was emailed to me shortly after the visit and work was scheduled. When the team came in to do the work, there was some confusion regarding what was going to be done and what they came prepared to do, so some items were left off the list of things to do. Not a major deal as the items the couldn't complete were more nuisance than the core work. All work was done quick and they team was very professional. I'd recommend Creggers as a top notch company.
