offered to come back and re evaluate estimate i could not afford. altered normal policy to accomidate my needs. i've used them before w/ angies list coupon and really appreciated the angies list discount they gave this time. overall work, workmanship, friendliness, professionalism, everything, top notch. thanks creeger.

Everything went very well. The plumber was prompt, courteous and professional. The quality of work was excellent.

I requested a shut off and a type of valve he told me i wanted another and I went along -it seems ok but there was no shut off put in just a valve he also snaked the comode but I continue to have the same issue- he did recommend he could come back and replace the inner tank working parts he was nice and was clean

I requested that Cregger fix a bathroom sink leaky faucet and fix a bathtub drain stopper. They did fix the leaky sink. Concerning the bathtub, they stated that they didn't have parts in the van for the bathtub drain stopper. The technician wrote an invoice stating that I had half the big deal credit remaining, and then left. Not sure if I will use Cregger again or not.

Everything went very smoothly with great communication throughout the process. I purchased a Angie's List Deal ($99 for $200 of work). Greg was great - on time, friendly and explained each step. Once the two jobs were completed, Greg informed me I had a $35 credit - as the full value was not used up. In addition, I asked to him to take a look at my tandem water heaters which were not producing enough hot water. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a very reasonable estimate for the work. I have scheduled an appointment for the additional service and would not hesitate to use Cregger again.

They were very responsible and very responsive on both times that I have used them. They had a good price and they did good quality work. I have used them twice for over $1,000 projects. Their service was good and fantastic. They did a great job. They took my old hot water tank out and then cleaned everything up so that it would look beautiful. I have had no problems at all with that job. Their pricing was pretty competitive. They also chipped off the cement in my basement and put in the drain for our shower, sink and toilet. I would recommend them for sure and I would use them again.

The professionalism and workmanship of the estimator and crew were outstanding. The estimate I received was clear and more detailed than any of the other three I got. The crew started on time, did their work and cleaned up afterwards. Exactly as expected.

I received a follow up call on 4/15/2014 advising me to contact them if the leak starts again and they will wend a Master Plumber to try to find the cause.

They were fine. There were no problems. There were no additional charge beyond the big deal amount. Actually, I think we ended up with a $20 credit for any services that might be needed. I was happy to see him calling rather than I. He did the job and got it done. He was there punctually. The reason we went with him was we thought that it was a good price for the service. It didn't leak, so I guess the quality is good. They were there when they were supposed to be there.

I wanted a plumber to come out and determine why I had a sewer smell coming from my toilet. My biggest fear was there was a crack in my drain pipe and I was bracing myself for thousands of dollars worth of repairs that I really couldn't afford. They sent Kevin out who got to work right away to confirm that the smell was coming from the toilet. He checked all areas of plumbing in the bathroom to make sure he was diagnosing the issue correctly. The toilet was wobbly and he suspected it was an issue with the seal, but wanted to be absolute certain before taking out the toilet. Essentially, he didn't want me to have to pay for something if I didn't have to. After Kevin confirmed that the seal was the problem, he gave me an estimate before removing the toilet. Not only was the wax ring worn down, but the flange wasn't installed correctly, and sewer gas was seeping from the drain pipe. Luckily, there was no water damage. He did have to install a new flange and tried two different types before he was confident that he had the right fit. He then put in a new wax ring, tightened everything so the toilet would stop wobbling, and caulked the base. I am so impressed with Cregger's workmanship, professionalism, and honesty. Kevin kept me informed the whole time, showed me where the issues were, talked to me like an equal (and not condescendingly as is the case with other contractors I've hired), and made sure I was okay with the price before proceeding with the work. He spent well over two hours making sure the job was done right and every detail was covered. Nobody likes to have plumbing issues of any kind, but if I ever need any work done in the future, I will call Cregger first!

Everything went extremely well. They arrived on time, were very professional, very courteous and worked in a timely manner. They also completely cleaned up after the job was done. The first time I used them I needed help at my Aunts house with a backed up drain. Even though it was the weekend they managed to come out, even though they were completely booked, and did the repairs. I was so impressed with the work they did that I had them come out to my house and I plan to have them come back to my aunts to fix a few more plumbing problems. Definitely was impressed!!!

Tom was prompt, friendly, and professional. He made quick work of the job as I had to go pick up my daughters from school.

The servicemen used a snake to open up the clogged main drain pipe. Mark and Bill answered our questions regarding the problem. and were very professional. I would recommend this company to others. I'm pleased with the service. The price was reasonable.

Very well. Very pleasant customer service rep. Made the appointment, called before arrival as promised. Very pleased with plumbing representative. Felt confident he knew exactly what should be done. the only problem was I had no idea of the projected cost. When I am ready to do the plumbing job, (replacing shower valves and fixtures) I will surely have them do the work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. The overall experience was good and their work turned out fine. My interaction with the provider was good as well. I spent a little more than the Big Deal price. They came out about three days after I purchased the deal.

The whole process was very smooth, plumbers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Quality of work was great; we had a slight issue with a leak in one of the pipes that was installed. After I called about the issue, they came out the very next day to remedy the issue. I would recommend them to friends and family.

He was advertised as serving in my area but then refused to do the work. Angie's List was trying to see if he would still honor it for me, but he would not

Kevin is very thorough. He explained about the boiler's age, type and efficiency. Also commented on sump pump and how to maintain it. Very knowledgeable.

The reason for my grading is number one not being told up front they might and probably would not be able to do the work that day. Number two is we are hard working people and when price was spoken with them from a older quote which was still not cheap they basically took us off the list to have the work done. My wife tried to speak to the owner and Rebecca kept dodging her saying let me put you on hold then finally said we have been taken off the list and hung up. Sad that after numerous years using them we will probably now use another fine plumbing company from Angie's list and there are a good number out there. I don't appreciate someone not being truthful with both myself and my wife. This is America and there are many other companies that would appreciate our business. Sad that as a company grows they can make decisions not good for business and just run with it and not care.

Called and got same day service. Showed up right on time. Snaked the basement drains and installed new sump pump. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves when work was done. A+ Will use again in the future.

I was so impresses with their professionalism and and the great job they did. As for the pricing, they were extsemely reasonable. When I called back to thank them I also set up an appointment for my house in Rochester Hills to have a few things one. I would definitely refer them to anyone, without hesitation!! Everyone knows how hard it is to find a plumber they can trust and who won't charge them an arm and a leg for repairs.
