Repositioned broken water line to outside spigot. Previous plumbing co. estimate was 3X Cregger's price and resulted in more appropriate layout.

The service turned out very well. They came out shortly after I called them. There were no extra charges to the Big Deal. They did the work that was required, and I have no complaints.

They arrived on time for the appointment. They were scheduled to do work on our basement because we had water rising. We have had them do two jobs one of which was earlier in the year where they gave us an estimate for the work in the basement. I have been pleased with their work and would use them again. They are reliable, a local company and know their craft.

Called prior to arrival, as promised. Intentionally sent a technician who had previously been at my property to expedite the service call. Took the time to explain the problem, possible solutions, and worked quickly.

After camera inspection, the diagnosis was a a mis-aligned pipe and gave me a quote for a $2,000 repair to tear up the floor to replace it. I called someone else and it turned out a back-flow preventer valve had broke and the flap was occasionally blocking the pipe, that repair only cost $250 and solved the issue. Cregger followed up with me regarding the quote and upon finding out the diagnosis was wrong, refunded the camera inspection fee.

It was quick, easy and they were knowledgeable. They did a good job.

I got a $850 cash quote. Called the office to make the appointment and Emily the office manager said I can then buy the Angie's List coupon and save an additional $200 for a total of $650 cash due. Plumber showed up on time, completed work, then shook me down for an extra $50. He did not want to honor the Angie's List coupon at all, and I felt forced to give him $700 as that was all the cash I had. The next day Rebecca from Cregger Plumbing called and asked how things went - I told her, and she said I should get the $50 refunded, but she would have to ask the owner. The following day Rebecca left a message saying I would not be getting any refund. I feel Cregger Plumbing should have honored the Angie's List coupon. I joined Angie's List to find a reliable and HONEST plumber - I will not be using them again, nor would I recommend them. And they owe me $50. I hesitate to use Angie's List again. thank you

Went as well as could be expected. I cannot say if what I was charged was expensive or not because I am not that familiar with plumber costs. Overall however I was happy with the experience.

Greg does a terrific job and I always request him. I purchased the parts first and then asked Cregger Mechanical to provide the service. Greg was on time and everything went great. I have a 43 year old house and this particular bathroom has the original, ugly, 1970s yellow tile. One of the tiles cracked. Greg showed me right away (I was not at all upset). He repaired it very handily with silicone and you really can't even see the crack. The next day, Cregger Mechanical called to make sure I was happy. I am always happy with their work and recommend them highly.

Everything was great. The office staff quickly booked me and was super friendly. I cannot remember the name of the man who came out but he was super nice and didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman (I've had this happen before with house projects). Before he left he asked if there was anything else he could do and I walked him through a couple of questions I had in our basement. He was very helpful and accommodating and wrote up an estimate of things I will be getting done soon. I would work with this company again and recommend to others.

The representative did a fine job and gave a recomendation on a bathroom faucet after a thorough investigation.

Jimmy did a great job. He correctly diagnosed the problem, then replaced a defective flushing component. There was no mess from the work, and I wound up with a $55 credit towards my next job. Didn't even interfere with work of maid, who was in house at same time. Three cheers!

It was fine and everything was great. This was the second time that I have used them. The plumbers were good and they were all polite, prompt, and clean.

Company came out 3 times to look at work and provide estimate. They have changed their scope of work and increased their price all 3 times. Very unprofessional and we are deciding to cancel the deal.

They told me I had a sewer line break and left sewage in my basement for 11 days because they were too busy to come back. When they did return it turns out that a sewer line breakage was not the problem.

I initially called Cregger Plumbing for a water leak problem in my basement. On the phone, they told me it sounded more like a water proofing issue but they would send someone out to investigate if that's what I wanted. I told them I did. Derek came as scheduled, confirmed it was in fact a water proofing problem and gave me the number of a trusted and reliable waterproofing company, who I did use and was very happy with. During Derek's visit, I mentioned to him that my sump pump goes off alot and that during a recent power outage my basement started flooding. I had to get emergency service to provide a generator and then dry out my basement for 4 days. I wanted to know about a reliable back up sump pump system. He explained a back up system that works off the water system in your house and that battery operated back up systems aren't as reliable because they only last 4-6 hrs and do not have sufficient suction power. My goal was to have confidence in my back up system so I went with the system that connects to the water system in my house. Chris and Jeff came as scheduled, installed the back up system and also an alarm that will go off in the unlikely event that both my sump pump and the back up system fail. My confidence level is high now and my fear of power outages has lessened. It was worth every penny.

Both visits went well. The repairmen came as scheduled, worked quickly and effectively. They explained the problems causing the sink leak (inferior plastic supply hoses) and replaced them quickly with stock on hand. Everything was done neatly and completely cleaned up.

It turned out to be a bigger job than predicted because it turns out my garbage disposal and faucets were installed wrong by the previous owner. The plumber was super knowledgeable and professional, and the charge was super reasonable for all the work he did. A++ job.

The workers were prompt and polite. We purchased a coupon for $200.00 worth of work for a lesser amount. The toilet and sink were fixed quickly. I'm happy with the work,

Everything went very well with these repairs from scheduling to completion. The service was scheduled two days after my initial call. The technician arrived and completed the repairs within the time window scheduled despite having to go out to get parts since we have an older home and he did not have the necessary type in his truck. Kevin even rescheduled his other afternoon appointment so he could complete the work since a sewer pipe was involved. He cleaned everything up well and showed me that everything was back in working order. I also loved the Angie's List big deal which was a good savings. This is the first time one of these was available on a service and provider we were using and it was a nice benefit.

The gentleman that did the work was great but $250 to snake a clogged toilet??? Less than an hours worth of work! They got the job done but for a bit more, I could have probably bought a whole new toilet. Don't think I'll be calling them again.

It went very well. From the first visit I felt part of the process and fully informed. I was shown the damage and discussed what the best solution would be. Pitfalls and/or problems that could come up were also discussed. When the crew came for the repair, everything was explained as they went along. The crew were very professional. The area was taped off so no cement dust could filter into the upstairs. They finished when promised. I would use this service again.
