I ended up getting a better deal from another service provider so I ended up not using the Big Deal. I have requested a refund of the Big Deal purchase from Angie's List.

They called us within a day of us placing the order. They honored the coupon we had purchased on Angie's list that expired the day we placed the order. An appointment was set. The 2 men arrived at the time scheduled. They were courteous, asked us questions, put on booties to not track dirt into the house. They asked us some questions to determe the problem and how to resolve. It was fixed within 20 minutes. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. Great service. Would ask them to do work again for us if needed.

All work was done to satisfaction. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

They had very good responsiveness and were here when they said they would be . They were on-time for the appointment and were responsive. Greg came back on Tuesday of this week with the camera. He was a very nice, professional competent person and he did conclude that there is a break in the line. He recommended a product for the issue and I felt he was helpful.

Original call was for 1 slow moving drain, 1 very clogged drain and a leaking valve. First visit, diagnoses was made that the drain plug in the 1 sink needed to be replaced and after trying to snake the clogged drain that there was a broken pipe under the floor. Came out again and got all the work done in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves and brought the laundry drain up to code.

Bathtub faucet dripped, and one of the toilets occasionally ran ever since we moved into the home. After a few months, we finally decided to call someone to resolve these issues. Bought an Angie's List deal for Cregger and had them come out for an estimate. They offer Saturday service, so we didn't have to take off of work. Technician arrived on time, inspected the toilet and bathtub faucet. He provided an estimate and said he had the parts to complete the work that day. The estimate was reasonable so we proceeded with the work. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. While working on the toilet the technician noticed that the flush jet was a little weak and cleaned out some deposits. That added a small amount to the total cost, but with the deal the total bill was still good. Paid the bulk of the work with the deal, and was able to pay for the overage with a credit card. No issues with the faucet or toilet in the month or so since. Overall a very positive experience. It would be nice if the technician had shoe covers for walking on the carpet, but that's not a big deal. I would definitely use Cregger again for any plumbing needs.

I bought the big deal from Cregger Plumbing & Sewer and they were good. I have used them 3 times now and they last provided their services last month. They charged us about $100.00 On all the 3 occasions that they came they did a good job and we have never had problems with them. The last time they came over they serviced the pump in the basement, basically provided a plumbing service. They are very effective, available and the price is right. They do what you ask them to do and they do it properly. I will use them in the future

When I called they were very helpful, explained the options and costs associated with toilet replacement. I called back the next day to schedule the appointment. Their plumber arrived on time, we discussed repair or replace and I decided on replacement. Work was performed quickly (about 1 hour), excellent clean up and removal of old toilet. I was surprised by a follow up call a couple of days later to check on how the job went. Cregger Plumbing is my first call for any plumbing needs.

Buyer beware, I purchased the deal off of angies list a $100.00 for $200.00 of plumbing work. The work performed was charged $150.00 for one hotwter valve. It left me a credit of $50.00 toward the other repair of a outside fauset. The price given for this repair was $225.00' with a credit of $50.00. The plumber arrived 1 hour after agreed upon time. He stated home office did not give him the time. He stated he has another job in Livonia and could not fix leaking fauset that was quoted for $225.00. I purchased the coupon for my daughter who purchase home but has not moved in yet, the email I sent of known problems were leak in dishwasher and fauset. He looked at dishwasher and informed me that the drain pump was broken. He wanted to leave the plate off that he took off to look for the problem. I asks him to put it back on and he did. He complained about asking him to fix the 2 fausets and pricing was outrageous. I had a total of 3 leaking fausets. The bathroom shower fauset has a very slow drip he stated it needed. new fauset. The faucet in the bathroom is less than a year old. The basement washing machine hot water line fauset leaked and fixed for $150.00, the outside faucet has a leak and the cost given for this is $225.00. I do not recommend this company and I will never used them again. I was over charged for parts and it took him 10 minutes to fix hot water line. The overall quoted price for simple repairs is $375.00. You will not receive your $200.00 of work.

They came out the same day I called. They were clean, efficient and professional. I wished that they would have recorded a video of what they were doing to see either broken tile or is it fine now. In the future I would look for a video camera for a broken tile. They did a very good job and they didn't charge an extra fee. For now, I don't know if I have a consistent problem but they did what they were supposed to do.

I wanted to have them replace a garbage disposal, and they quoted me about $179 over the phone. After they came out, they said the price was closer to $300, and then applied my Deal as a discount. The install went well, but I was less than pleased with the pricing. I also wanted to purchase another Deal for other work, but they said I was not able to for a longer period of time. I'd use them again if I were really in a pinch, but I'll likely shop around.

The service worked out very well. They came out and took care of the job, and I had some questions a couple of days later, and they came back out, and checked into that for me, so I was very satisfied. They came out promptly, because I needed it to be done right away. I had surgery done, and so I needed hot water.

The total cost of the repair was just under $500 and they took $200 off that total price which we felt was expensive in the end. They took care of it in one day which was convenient for us though. They were very professional in keeping us informed on the job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for plumbing services. The water connected to the toilet in my master bathroom was running continuously. The only way to stop it was to shut off the water value. The provider responded right away and we set up on appointment to perform the work. On the scheduled date, I received a call informing me that the technician was running ahead of schedule and could arrive earlier than scheduled. (I was delighted!). Jimmy identified himself when he arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the part required for the job, so had to leave and get it from another source (provider's inventory or another supplier). Jimmy returned and completed the repair within 20 minutes. He asked me to test the flush / water shuf off and wanted to know if I had any questions. My only question was concerning Gregger's scope of services because I'm planning upgrades that will require pluming services. Rarely am I completely satisfied service providers but this experience was a welcomed exception. I definitely will contact Gregger Mechanical Services for future plumbing needs.

Arrived on time. Worked quickly, yet efficiently. Kept mess to a minimum.

Greg originally came over for a free estimate. He provided a written estimate for three things that we needed done. We decided to go with the first two at this time.He gave one price for if we provided our own garbage disposal or another price for if Creggar supplied it. We chose to use theirs and we are very satisfied. We will definitely have the third service done in the future which is not as pressing. We need two sinks installed upstairs in the bathroom. He told us one price for if we use their sinks or another if we provide our own. I am looking forward to having that done soon.The only regret that I have is that we didnt do this sooner! There is nothing like the peace of mind of knowing that the pipes arent leaking and are done properly! We imagined a much higher price tag. There were no hidden surprises at the end. Greg was also very patient that I had made a mistake about the day I thought they were coming and wasnt as prepared as I would have been. Also, my phone wasn't giving me voicemails till later that day so I didn't get his call earlier that morning asking me about the garbage disposal. He also had to make a trip to home depot for a part. All of this certainly set him behind for the day but he was good about it. I really was delighted to be able to buy one of the $200.00 worth of plumbing for $111.00 ahead of time saving us $99.00. I will use this company again in the future and definitely recommend them to my friends and customers.

It went ok! They came out right away and were very efficient. They were very informative. I had a gas leak and they adjusted the fitting right away and put a plug on the gas line upstairs where I had an improper plug before.

It was terrific. The plumber was very personable. He got the job done in about 45 minutes. We had no problems with the scheduling and they came out the next day.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this company. I won't use them any more. They refused to take the coupon. I feel that he ripped me off. They weren't give any definite quotes on anything. They won an award for good customer service. I think they were the worst. He didn't give me any compassion, not concern. He finally went ahead and took the coupon. They wouldn't warranty any of the work. He really didn't fix anything, he didn't have to. He just had the auger and in two minutes the toilet was clear. I think it was an unreasonable amount cost. He wouldn't take the coupon. I felt like I was criminalized without a gun.

Fabulous job- thought I would need emergency service and the night person on call ( I am assuming was a Manager or owner) patiently asked the right questions and advised I could probably wait until morning and it would be less expensive. He alerted me to wake in the middle of the night and make sure water was not rising after I had been instructed to unplug the pump. He also said I would be able to use a coupon the next morning. Two younger employees came out and were very knowledgeable, informative and more important skilled and Honest. Great experience and will not hesitate to use Cregger again!

There was a bit of a mix up with the first appointment. However everything was ironed out after a phone call and an email. The plumber arrived introduced himself and said he would check everything out. He checked out the sink and the toilet in the bathroom and then the kitchen sink. After quoting the price to repair the toilet and the sink I decided that he should install the faucet in the kitchen this time. He told me that the old faucet was bad and that was the cause of the leak under the kitchen sink. I gave him the faucet that I had purchased and he began removing the old faucet. He replaced the faucet and cleaned up. There were no leaks. The new faucet looks great. The plumber was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my bathroom sink. He told me how to properly plunge a stopped up sink. The bathroom faucet was leaking but I told him I know how to replace a cartridge. I liked using the coupon. It is always nice to save a little money. The plumber was very professional. He listed the cost to replace a toilet flange and to snake or plunge a sink on my receipt.
