I had called for an estimate for service and it was reasonable price. Scheduled appointment and Kevin came on time. He saw jacuzzi faucet replacement needed little more work than I was told. However he was kind and understood that it was just misunderstanding in communication at time of estimate. I kindly requested see if he can do whatever he can to complete this job. He said he will try his best to take care job needed to be done.(they did not charged any extra ). He replaced bath faucets first and then jacuzzi faucet. Did an excellent job , including cleaning afterwards. Emily called next day to make sure how did job go and asked any leak ? She had also helped in scheduling appointment and I was happy that I was able to use coupon deal for this. Would definitely recommend and use this company.

We called Creeger early this morning about sewer drain problems. They were out by noon and did a thorough job of snaking out the drain.

Provider arrived on-time and completed the service for the quoted price. Quality of service was very good, however, the price quoted was a fixed price and seemed to high based on the fact it took less than 4 hours to complete.

I was very pleased with the service. There was a problem with the humidifier but that was addressed immediately and replaced with the correct unit. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future

Arrived during appointment scheduled time on May 15, 2014. Determined that old spigot had been installed through floor joist. New one which required longer pipe and needed to be relocated. He didn't have that part on his truck.. Returned on May 20th with part and finished the project. Very professional.

The service from Cregger had some interesting contrasts of poor and great service. They actually came to the house four different times. Simply put, they didn't stop coming until we were completely happy with everything and one of the owners even got involved. Normally, I would rate that an A but they get a B primarily because of the first visit. To summarize in order of visits: 4th visit - came back to make a final adjustment on something fixed during the 3rd visit which I agreed was fine after the 3rd visit but then discovered we needed one more modification. Came back same day I called, fixed the issue and everything is fine. Overall, excellent service. 3rd visit - Installed new sink faucet (2nd effort since the 1st faucet we bought didn't fit - to no fault of Cregger), installed garbage disposal and fixed bathroom toilet. Very professional, quick and clean work. Overall, excellent service. 2nd visit - Cregger Owner called us personally to apologize about our disappointment with the first visit and asked for a chance to make it right. He was very sincere during our discussion so we decided to give them a second chance. He personally came out to apologize in person, review situation and work on items needing repair. To no fault of his, we had bought a sink faucet that would not fit and so it and the garbage disposal could not be fixed at that time. He provided good consultation on the bathroom faucet, assured us it did not need to be fixed or incur any costs on it. We appreciated that. He figured out what our very old toilet needed but was not able to fix the toilet that day due to the work required and how much time was spent on the sink faucet before realizing the new faucet would not fit (again, not Cregger's fault). It was understandable that the toilet could not be fixed but still a little disappointing since it was the 2nd time the toilet was looked at. Overall, nice apology, effort and good service. 1st visit - This was our first experience using Angies List and it did not go well. After seeing many + reviews on this firm, we decided to call them. We had multiple tasks to do and informed them of this - including potential replacement of a garbage disposal which I was assured they had well-stocked repair vans so we did not pursue purchasing anything in advance. We had to wait 3 1/2 days for an appointment (which we accepted) and then took 1/2 day off since they were supposed to arrive between 12 & 5. We received a call around 2:45 that they were running late, then one closer to arrival which occured after 5 PM. Having vacation is important to us so burning 1/2 day was not desirable. Long story short, none of the repairs (simple like a slow dripping bathroom faucet or more complicated like replacing the kitchen faucet) we requested were "able to be made". To be fair, the kitchen sink repair did require a selection/purchase by us but none of the other 3 repairs were done. The plumber was professional and respectful but, at the end of the day, we are now over a week into the process with nothing done and are considering using another group. Overall, bad service.

They were unable to complete the work, because I had to get a specific part. I ended up not moving forward with the deal. They were very helpful, but they didn't have the time to go back and get the part for me.

I thought the job went well. The plumber seemed to be know what he was doing. I just felt that the price was kind of expensive. Without the coupon, the quoted price was $299.00. I wonder if there are two price points; one if you have a coupon and one without?

Scheduling was ok, with a call about 20 minutes before Tom the serviceman arrived. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He provided a reasonable quote. There was a bit of a hiccup when he mentioned that I would have to call back to have the service scheduled. However, when I told him that I couldn't take another day off work and really needed the work completed today, he called to let the office now and his schedule was adjusted to accommodate the work to be done today. 2.5 hours later, we were all good and everything was done. I truly appreciated his initiative to help me make this work. I would definitely use again.

Great job as usual. I bought. $200 in their services for only $111 so was actually much less than the $150. Buy the coupon first.

Overall, we were very happy with the initial consultation for quote and the subsequent installation. The quote was to install a Lochinvar water heater but was informed that morning that their supplier did have a 75 gallon Lochinvar and would have to go with Bradford White. I was given a choice to re-schedule, but since I had taken a vacation day that did not work, so I went ahead with the installation. The crew arrived on time and they were friendly. Unfortunately, when the first tank arrived and was unboxed it was quite damaged (not Cregger's fault). The crew quickly found another supplier and picked up a new water heater. This cost the crew over an hour but since I was home all day, this did not impact me. Installation was quite fast and after 3 weeks everything appears to be working well. Overall, the crew did a good job cleaning up but I did have to spend about 10 minutes cleaning up PVC shavings. Bottom line, will definitely consider/ use Cregger for future plumbing projects.

An outdoor faucet was not working properly. Thought that the faucet needed to be replaced. But a repair was all that was needed.

Went well. We have used them for two other jobs in past also. Always prompt, professional, friendly and do a good job.

We have used creggar for all types of home plumbing services. They are prompt, on time, professional and fees are reasonable.

I placed an after hours call to Cregger to address a sump pump alarm after the heavy day long rains. The pump is located in a crawl space. They sent Jimmy out at 7:30 p.m. He went under the house, addressed the issue, got the pump working and stayed to see the water being pumped out. He had helpful suggestions and recommendation about the situation and the pump. This is second time Jimmy has been to the house for repairs. A couple of months ago, on a Saturday, the hot water tank went out. I called Cregger and Jimmy came out. He looked at the tank, told me he had another job ahead of mine but would be back with a new tank. Jimmy and assistant returned on Saturday evening with a new tank. They removed the old one, installed the new one, replaced copper fittings to fit the new tank, and completed the job about 11:00 p.m. I had hot water again on the same day that the old tank quit. Every company should have a Jimmy on staff. He is courteous, pleasant, helpful and patient. He explains what needs to be done and how much it will cost. The projects were completed above expectations. I will ask for him by name for any future jobs.

Good service. Arrived on time. The coupon is a good deal. I purchased their coupon for $111 for $200 worth of services. I presently have a $50 credit for future services.

The office staff and Chris, the plumber were very nice to deal with. I had a coupon from Angie's List for $200 of plumbing services for $99. The work went smoothly and the whole thing took 80 minutes. I was charged $398 for this and their hourly rate was $135. That would have been about $203 plus a few parts. Chris tried to tell me they charged differently for this. On his original estimate he estimated 3.5 to 4 hours to complete this job. Sorry but it doesn't make sense and I feel that this coupon was a sham. Because of their arbitrary pricing I will NOT do business with Cregger again.

It went fine. Their guys are great but their office is awful. The girl in the office lacks customer service skills. I wanted to complain about their office but I waited for them to be done with the job. I have already collected the billing this week. They were really good about giving me a schedule. The estimate was close to the final cost because they don’t know until they get down there. They did everything right. It took about five revisions to get the collected bill. It was already paid, but the problem was with my insurance. I think they had a hard time because of the big deal and they gave a credit back. One of the girls who answered the phone was awful. They have a terrible office staff. If the first time I called to ask about the service I have talked to that girl, I would not have contacted them anymore instead I would call somebody else. She does not have a good phone personality. I don't have anything against her and she might be a wonderful woman but she should not be on the phone answering the concerns of their clients.

They were prompt, cheer and extremely amicable and reliable when it comes Plumbing work performed. They have for sure gone beyond the expectation showing more inclination to get the job completed right rather than on billing the dollars. I will for sure engage them for my future Plumbing and Sewer needs. They have shown sound knowledge on the pressure vacuum breaker and sprinkler system in my interaction with them and am highly satisfied in all respects for the services provided. Everything went well and was fairly quick.

The office staff and technician were both excellent to work with. We asked for an estimate first which was handled promptly. Greg made suggestions regarding the purchase of quality vitreous china sinks and Delta faucets. There were no surprises when the work was done and the actual cost was the same. I received a follow-up call the next day to make sure I was satisfied. A few days later we discovered that the faucets needed tightening. The call was scheduled promptly. In addition we replaced a rubber seal in toilet rather than replacing it. In addition we were able to reduce cost by purchasing their promotion. I will definitely use their services again.
